GoogleExcellent service from Beresford, as always. Recently, I accidentally locked my keys inside my flat, and Tom promptly resolved the situation for me. He was extremely helpful, and his assistance quickly eased my anxiety about the keys, especially since it was on a weekend. I commute to London every day for work and occasionally travel around Europe and Asia. Knowing that there are no issues with my home when I’m away gives me peace of mind. I’ve been with them for four years now without any problems or reason to leave.

Right from the initial phone call, our experience with Beresfords was pretty seamless. Thomas E was really knowledgeable about local offerings that might suit our needs, to the extent we are now renting a place he suggested that we hadn’t initially inquired about. I found that Beresfords were very easy to get hold of when I had a question (of which I had many!) and were really helpful throughout the whole process. It was also nice to have someone consistent to contact in the office who we had met and helped us until the end. If we were to rent/buy in the future we would definitely consider Beresfords.
