Couldn't recommend these enough. All amazing but especially Deepuk and Donna. We sadly had to complete the sale on my deceased brothers flat. They were so kind, empathetic and helpful. It made a very difficult process that bit easier. Was what lovely was meeting Deepuk because my brother had already started the sale with him and so Deepuk remembering my brother and their conversations.

Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.

Rubbish, didn’t have a clue what was going on during the whole process, even though they controlled the whole chain! Said they would call back with more information and an update, but never did, I had to chase them again and again! Never done any due diligence on potential buyers, so they haven’t checked to see if they had mortgage offers etc. Very frustrating, I would avoid if possible. Also more expensive than others! Only went with them as they had control of the complete chain, but that didn’t help!

A huge thank you to Peter and Claire for their help on our new home. Always so efficient and helpful. Brilliant service as always. We have used Peter at balgores many times. He has been amazing as always and does not fail to respond quickly with updates or silly questions. Even when there has been issues, Peter has always managed to sort them for us. Claire was great too, anytime we got stuck Claire stepped in and sorted the glitch. We recommend their service and will no doubt use Pete again. Keep it up guys 👍🏼

Being the FTB, we were not clear with the home buying process, mortgage, home insurance but had preconceived notions. And then we met Balgores property team- Chris & Chloe and mortgage team Pete, Donna and Claire. As soon as we said yes to the house, they arranged everything for us and the whole process was closed in 2 months time; extremely efficient team. We asked for it and they arranged it for us like a genie. A special word of appreciation should definitely go to Pete; our mortgage advisor who answered our million queries and propositions and paid attention to even silliest ones. Due to uncertain times we were worried about gaining a new mortgage with a main stream lender but Sean come up trumps and smashed it out the park . Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower. After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property. Balgores was the agent we used to buy the property. In the final stages of the exchange Billy and Paul both worked hard to get this over the line, especially as the deal ran into some difficulties with our buyer. GoogleLast September/October we placed a property with Balgores it went live at 10.30 in the morning and was sold at 4.30 the same day. I had not sold a property before and the staff at Balgores were so helpful and talked me through the whole process. The process itself was simple and straightforward. I will be using them in future.
