Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and having this dream team in my corner, took the stress off me completely: thank you to all!Having been through the process of buying and selling houses a few times now in Hornchurch and Upminster, I've dealt with a few local agents. The Balgores team are miles ahead of all the other estate agents - I've never had any problems with others in the area, but the service from Balgores, specifically Donna, Claire, Pete and Chris, was just perfection and noticeably more communicative and smoother than I've had before and actually made the process fun.

I used Ric Burns of the Upminster Office to act for my client in the sale of a probate property. The matter was very complicated but he was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Once we were in a position to proceed the matter went through quickly and efficiently at an excellent price. By then Ric had already done so much work in relation to the matter, and had helped by arranging regular visits to the property for insurance purposes . I cannot recommend highly enough.

What a waste of my time. Went to view a rental and it was disgusting. The agents attitude was very laxydazy as well. Requested £400 upfront, non-rerundable if you don't meet the credit checks lol get a grip, seems to be if you're renting they can take the pi33 out of you.
