GoogleI went to Adrians barbershop and when i walked in he straight away started explaining his friend group, with his mother in the corner eating fries. Not a bad start, and as the scent of mangoes tickled my 41 nose hairs, all in unison demanded for me to stay for another 6-7 minutes. I got a low taper fade bc i dont give eefoc and it only cost a quarter, then kendrick lamar came and squirted mustard on enrique

GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and the whole team at Adrians. Initially I looked at previous sales in our area and it was clear that Adrians got the best results. When discussing the sale, they offered a competitive commission rate without having to haggle. They secured a good offer on the property and remained involved throughout the whole process. I was regularly updated and found the team very helpful when calling the office.

Communication was excellent and every member of staff we dealt with knew the property and where we were with the sale, their advice was invaluable and made the process seem so easy. GoogleEXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end. All the team (especially Daniel & Katherine) went above-&-beyond to ensure the sale of my late fathers house was effortless and as stress free as these things can be. The valuation and market-price we were given was spot on and we received exactly what we were after without any quibbling or hassle from the eventual buyers. They were always available, always willing to help and offer advice when we needed it without hesitation and in a friendly manner. We were always well informed at every stage and the handling of viewings was dealt with seamlessly and without hitch. Oh, and the fees weren't too bad either. All in all it's a resounding thumbs up from us and a HUGE thanks to the team once more. We didn't regret the choice, you shouldn't either.

Craig has supported me from the very start, being very understanding and never being a salesman he has been considerate to my situation, extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Gary showed us the property and we viewed the property a couple of times after that and he was very professional and insightful and friendly. GoogleAdrian's provided an excellent service during our house purchase. We were regularly kept informed at key moments throughout the process, and they were great in chasing up the Solicitors to speed things up. We were keen on meeting the end of June Stamp Duty deadline and I believe Adrian's service assisted in doing this. Katherine was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all communications, and we appreciated Ray's insight at the viewing and offer stage. All in all I would recommend Adrian's and we would use again in the future if buying or selling again in Chelmsford.

GoogleWe recently marketed our house with Adrians and were not disappointed. This was our first move in over 40 years so we were understandably very nervous about the whole process. The fact that I had spent many years working in estate agency (not with Adrians) and as a licensed conveyancer made matters worse as I knew all the things that COULD go wrong. Gary and all of his lovely staff did a great job with the marketing and found the perfect buyer within a week of putting the house on the market. I had previously recommended Adrians to my daughter, from my previous knowledge of the company and to a good friend and both had a great experience. We are now happily settled (nearly, apart from a few boxes that need emptying) in our new home. We won't be moving again but would have no hesitation in recommending Adrians to anybody searching for an excellent, independent agent.

GoogleGary was pleasant, organised and efficient. However the sevice deteriorated after agreeing to use Adrians. I believe their service would be improved if there was 1 named agent as a point of reference and not spread amongst the team as standards varied. There appeared to be a reluctance to take a set of keys to show clients (and a gas engineer) around, which meant I had to alter my shifts accordingly. Ironically Gary stated there should be some give and take. It seemed I was giving and everyone else was taking advantage. 3rd August 2019. I entered the branch as staff member K. had a query. When I entered a male agent abruptly spoke to me enquiring what I wanted. I believe he was the same person who inferred I should take the first offer made to me (much lower than the valuation) and later said to me abruptly, " You keep saying there are 2 people who will make an offer but they havent came back". I was under the impression that the agents acted on behalf of the paying seller and they were supposed to chase up potential buyers. 24th October. I rang the branch and spoke to K. She spoke to me in a slow and monosyllabolic manner repeating the same answer 4 times without checking my understanding in a manner which implied either I was 5 years old or that I had a learning disability. 5th November. Day of completion. Adrians did not pass on the message that the buyer was not moving in untill 17.00 This would have made things a lot easier on me. Adrians may be one of the cheapest agents but for what they do they are still expensive. They come do across as acting more in the buyer's interest than the seller.

GoogleHad a substantial property to sell which had to be placed in competition with another Agent who were supposedly experts in high end property sales! Gary and the team at Adrians were nothing but professional throughout. Viewings were carried out by Gary, with extensive follow ups and feedback on a weekly basis. We managed to sell in the midst of Brexit which was a true reflection on Adrians being able to deliver in extremely tough times. Good service derives from empathy and professionalism Adrians most definitely have this. Thank you very much.

GoogleAdrians helped me sell my house and also purchase another, I mainly dealt with Ray, Catherine and Gary although at one point or another I probably spoke with the whole team throughout the 10 months I was attempting to sell my home. I found the service polite and professional, they do not use trickery or pressure tactics unlike other estate agents and you can be guaranteed they pick up the phone when you call. The fee they charge is incredibly reasonable and amongst the lowest you`ll find on the high street. If you want a friendly hassle free sale with no pressure sales or nonsense go with them.

I’d like to give a special mention to Nigel who initially walked us around our chosen home and took us through the basics of what to look for and what the next steps were, Also to Gary who was fantastic every step of the way, from explaining legal jargon and which part of the process I need to complete next to calling up the sellers and their solicitors to make sure there was someone barking on both ends. GoogleAfter my mother's death I had to sell her bungalow in Chelmsford. I had a couple of estate agents visit and decided to go with Adrians for a number of reasons: experience; knowledge and passion for the area, and the fact that all my questions were answered in a clear and precise way e.g. should all the furniture be left in? Yes, it looks better and makes it easier to sell. I asked the same question of another estate agent and was told, "It's up to you. Some people leave it in, some people take it out" - which was not very helpful. I asked Adrians about commission and was told the exact figure. Asking another estate agent, I was told, "Well, it's negotiable." So, again, very vague. Adrians said that although bungalows traditionally sell to the older person, younger people are now buying them because Chelmsford is an excellent area for commuters.. The other estate agent said that my mother's bungalow would "only sell to an older, retired person." In fact, Adrians sold it to a younger person, still working.... So from the outset I was impressed with Adrians and Gary and his colleagues did an excellent job. The bungalow sold to the first person that saw it and, although there were some stressful moments along the way, mainly due to the length of time that solicitors and red tape took to get probate on my mother's will, which was frustrating for the buyer - who had to be placated by Adrians. - they saw it through to a successful conclusion and the sale went ahead. Throughout, everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and worked hard to clinch the deal, and if you think that an estate agents work is done once an offer is made on the property, Adrians are proof that this is not the case, as they were there every step of the way to help and advise, right up to the moment that contracts were exchanged and completion was achieved. It was a great help to me, as I was not only selling a property but at the same time dealing with the grief following my mother's death and the emotionally challenging job of sorting out all her possessions. I would certainly recommend Adrians."

True to form, Adrians provided exemplary service throughout the entire process of handling my sale. Nigel, Katherine, Dan, Ray, Gary, and Toby became like family during the four months between listing my property and completion. I was kept fully updated every step of the way, and the team worked tirelessly, chasing everything up and pushing the sale through to completion. Katherine, in particular, was outstanding in explaining the selling and buying procedures I knew nothing about, putting my mind at ease whenever I had concerns.
