Although Adrian’s wasn’t my estate agent, but rather the agent for the property we were purchasing, I was really impressed with their service throughout. They were helpful from start to finish and made the whole process much smoother. A special mention has to go to Catherine, who went out of her way on several occasions to offer support and helpful advice. Her professionalism and willingness to assist really stood out. Overall, a very professional service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adrian’s to others.

Adrian's were keen to sell my house and I chose them for two main reasons. Firstly they understood my apprehensions as a single female seller, and offered to conduct the viewings themselves. Secondly they gave a considered and realistic valuation of my property. They built a reliable, professional and supportive relationship throughout the whole process. Adrians were fantastic with helping us get our purchase over the line. We were the buyers and they kept us informed through difficult times and a very long process (nearly 6 months) - due to factors out of all of our control. Great. Would recommend. Me and daboiz loved it- I would give Adrian’s 67 stars if I could. Only complaint is that the MANGOEZ and MUSTAAAARD- were out of stock, and when I asked Adrian where they were he didn’t explain his friend group. Big let down. But overall, I would recommend Adrian’s. Bring 41-69 friends if you ever go. The eefoc here is absolutely amazing. They do haircuts there that cost a quarter. Please come here and show the bebehz support just as me and my 41 friends did. ❤️🥭❤️

Recently marketed our property with Adrian’s and might as well have advertised in Whizzer and Chips. Zoopla kept emailing me when properties in my area sold but Adrian’s struggled to even arrange viewings. In my opinion they are short staffed but overall the service they provide is extremely poor.

When our Dad passed away we had the emotional task of selling the family home of nearly 60 years. Gary, who i knew from school, we very helpful during the initial stages, advising how best to market the house and was honest with us when he discovered the loft had foam insulation. Despite early interest and a few viewings an offer never arose, we spoke with Gary and he suggested taking it off the market, getting the foam insulation removed and then relisting slightly below our original price. We done this, and within a few days of being put back on the market and offer was recieved. We liaised with the buyer through Toby and an offer was agreed. We did have a few hiccups along the way, but the staff at Adrians pushed through and we finally completed within 6 months. Great team, and really sympathetic and helpful during a emotional time

We have just bought a house through Adrian’s- the first viewing was great, Daniel was very experienced and had lots of information about the house and area (we already lived in the area- so knew what he was saying was correct about the type of house and area). Once our offer was accepted- everything seemed to be too much, after two weeks our solicitors contacted us to say that they had not received the sellers paper work. So I contacted the office, I was told (in a unprofessional manner) that it hasn’t been 2 weeks since they sent the paper work, so we would have to wait until the following week then they would check. On the day the two weeks were up- my husband decided to call, this time he spoke to Ray, Ray was extremely helpful- the sellers had not actually seen the paper work yet- so if the first person had spoken to them, it would have been quicker! We called another time, to make a second viewing- just before we were meant to exchange contracts - we were made to feel that their time was very important and it was an inconvenience to them, to let us in the house again, even though we were about to spend £100ks on this property! During the 14 week process we found Ray the director the most helpful- calling the office always seemed hard work, if we spoke to anyone else! So my husband would just ask directly for Ray or we would email him! Apart from the staff being abrupt - Adrian’s wasn’t as bad as some other Chelmsford estate agents we came across in the 14 months we were searching for our new home!

I am immensely grateful to Adrians, especially Nigel as the lead contact, for their support with buying a new home. Not being local, it can feel daunting. Though when I met with Nigel and his team, I knew I was working with the right agent. When navigating the buying process, Nigel was professional, patient and highly empathic. Equally, he would also not hesitate to challenge my thinking at crucial points. Even though I raised many questions, not only did he answer them all comprehensively, I never felt I was asking too much. We have sold two houses with Adrian’s in the past couple of years and both were sold within days. Always willing to offer great advice. We were constantly updated throughout the process.
