Hello J, really very sorry that you felt the staff were rude over the phone, this is not the service that we pride ourselves on. We take all complaints very seriously so if you would care to email me with further details then I can look into this. (martin.humphreys@goodfellows.co.uk) I must say the phones are really busy currently and with less staff in the office due to Covid19 perhaps this might be a reason but the Cheam office is a good team so I am surprised and disappointed that this happened.
