Such awful estate agents. Very casually dressed. One woman basically pushed us out of the backdoor when viewing a property. Did not even allow us 5 minutes to see it, Extremely unprofessional. Even through the sales process, they do not understand how to treat their clients with respect. l wonder how they still survive. Please teach your agents good customer care skills. Even one star is too much!

I don't even know where to begin with this review. All I can say is that as a tenant, the service provided has been terrible. Over the past five years I've experienced a serious leak that came through into the kitchen that took TWO YEARS to be properly sorted, I've had a burst pipe in the back garden that leaked human waste that was reported in April, chased up by myself and neighbours in May & & June and was viewed by an employee over a week ago and still no action!! I've requested my landlords details which they have refused me! I'm not really sure why he's paying these guys! They have no out of hours emergency contact number, my boiler broke last winter during the holidays and I had to write a wall post on Facebook to them (which they quickly responded to and told me to private message the owner of the Wythenshawe branch which I did. Once it was over private message I was instantly ignored despite the owner in question replying to my wall post minutes before). The staff are nice as pie to your face, but then sit on their hands it would seem. The Lad that works in the office is rude and claimed that I hadn't reported these issues (luckily I keep a record). Do not go with this estate agent

First time buyer.. requested to look at property. All staff were really friendly and arrange a viewing was easy. On the day again we were greeted with a warm welcome from mandy. She explained everything we needed to know. When we decided to make an offer we called up and spoke to another lovely and friendly person. The man took all the details and advised thety would call back to advise further which he did. We secured the property and throughout the whole process everyone was really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and being a first time buyers we were nervous and didnt really know we what was expected or the processes but northern etchells were great and put us at ease. I would definitely recommend and will definitely look forward to dealing with them in the future if and when the need arises. Thank you so much northern etchells we are in our new home and you made what can be a stressful time so much easier. Laura x

Very disappointed with the service provided by some of the agents in Sale. They are very blunt and cancelled one appointment as well as being up to 45 mins late for the other one. The delay was done in such a casual manner. I do not recommend booking viewings through them. The introduction they made when we got to the property was by letting us know that there was already an offer over the asking price before even saying hello. I am hoping that by posting this up they will improve or other buyers and sellers are aware of the service they will recieve from this agency.

They were so disrespectful and lacking in customer service, it was my first attempt to rent a house with the agencies and because I am an immigrant I didn't understand the requirements very well, when I asked the attendant to explain to me what was going on they just stopped responding to my emails. Also, they didn't give me any satisfaction of the deposit, that I already paid.
