GoogleVery happy that we used Reeds Rains to sell our house. We managed to achieve the price that we wanted in a difficult market and the house was well advertised and promoted by Reeds Rains. After an offer was accepted the overall chain proved to be extremely problematic and Reeds Rains kept us well informed and went above and beyond in their chasing of other estate agents and solicitors in the chain.

GoogleWe rented a house managed by Reeds Rains from July 2017 till June 2021. I was mostly in contact with Alison, Sophie and sometimes Graham and they have always been very helpful, polite and professional. They genuinely care about the interest of both tenant and landlord. Communication per email or phone has always been easy.

GoogleHaving recently rented via Reeds Rains, I can highly recommend them. They worked extremely hard, going that extra mile. Sophie & Alison are outstanding! Kept me fully informed, and helped overcome a few problems to complete the tenancy. No fees charged, even before June 1st when it became law. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely use them again for either rentals or purchases. Thank you.

GoogleWe bought our house through Reeds Rains, unfortunatly our agent dealing with the sale of our own property was as useless as a chocolate tea pot! We dealt exclusively with Kelly who was a total professional in her field, she kept things moving and pushing the other parties to reach completion, don't know how we'd of managed without her. Couldn't recommend Reeds Rains any higher.

GoogleReally good staff @Reed rains can’t thought them. Would like to say Alison from day 1 was very helpful and Sophie at the end of my contract was very helpful too. They do very well to deal with some of the land lords/lady’s they have as the owner of my property was very unhelpful and out of order. Regards Dan

GoogleI am very happy being a landlord with Reeds Rains, they take away the worry of the day to day details of letting. My house has been let twice now in two years, and each time new tenants were found within days. They also have a range of local tradesman which is a great advantage, as I have had excellent work done on the house.

GoogleGreat at property management. I have used several agents over last 15 years. These are the best. Reliable, quick response to emails, thorough, make it easy for landlords, fees are very reasonable, staff turnover is low so get to build up relationship with staff. I have particular contact with Alison and Sophie.
