Very unprofessional and no response after taking our deposit, not a single receipt from them after we paid our deposit and delaying viewing. Seems like Krishna is scamming people around. Poor customer service Krishna told us he would be paying us full deposit If the application is not successful. The application did not made it, and we were expecting that we would get a deposit back after literally giving a timeline of paying us without viewing the property that we wanted to view. Would have given below one star.

've been very happy with the great service provided by Krishna and Delani from KCR Real Estates since November. After dealing with issues from a previous agent, we turned to Krishna and his team to manage some of our properties. With four rooms and two apartments sitting empty and losing us money, Krishna quickly set up viewings, screened tenants, and took care of rent and deposits. In just a month, they had everything rented out, even finding a tenant, and moving them in over the Christmas break when most other agents were closed. I highly recommend KCR Real Estates for their excellent service and fair price. If you have a property to rent out, I suggest you give them a call

Minus stars would be more appropriate. Krishna showed us around the property in Glenfield Plowmans Close. 4 of the window panes had blown later confirmed by survey due to collapsed insufficient lintils. Krishna offered to have someone fix them by taking them out and cleaning them 😂. This was something at 1st which we found amusing and lured us into a false sense that this was a honest young man trying to make his way in the world. This 'clean the windows' in someway became endering and we excitedly awaited our move to a dream home. After mortgage arrangement fees, survey, drain checks, solicitors we found out the building had no building regulations leaving us 3k in a hole. The council was unaware the building had ever been completed and Dhillon the lead engineer at Blaby district Council was booked in to visit the place. Krishna along with the sellers solicitor pushed the idea that a INVALID INDEMNITY Policy would cover our investment in the event of the council pulling the building down. NO 1 - was only valid if the lack of building regs was unknown a simple search would SUFFICE. NO 2 - would only cover the banks investment and not our own 50% of 340k.. Was this his dishonesty or stupidity? Once we refused to proceed with the indemnity after Krishna had made multiple attempts to blackmail us suggesting there's others interested if we don't accept the policy. At this point we had all but given up hope but and began looking elsewhere for properties when Krishna called and stated the seller had agreed to get building regulator in. The only good news we ever got in this whole process was after we had gave up and bid on another property on glenfrith drive glenfield only retract it to try and secure plowmans again. What followed was insult on insult. The owner had hired 2 homeless looking druggies to bodge the house up to do work to pass building regulations. Without building regulations a mortgage provider will not release funds! The house stunk of weed and the building inspector DILLON inspected the site and commented on removing my child from the house because it stunk of so much weed. The experience was beyond upsetting, embarrassing and surreal at the same time. At one point I had to translate some technical jargon that Dhillon the lead building inspector was giving to his lead crackhead about angles on down pipe drains. Dhillon was side eyeing us the whole way around the house The owner of the house admitted it was completely rebuilt and that krishna was aware this was done because the previous house was subsiding and had a crack large enough to put your hand through. The house was built on a new pile foundation and was built on landfill. Krishna on showing us around the 1st time told us it was rebuilt for higher rental yields as it had 4 double bedrooms added to it. The owner said the previous house was Affectionately known as the 'crack house' and said krishna WAS AWARE of this history. He got us invested financially asap by pushing the idea of other offers despite according to the owner knowing all this history. There are many things in this process KCR and Krishna could not control and he claimed much ignorance about. I give him the benefit of that doubt. However we COMMUNICATED WHAT HAD HAPPENED and pulled out the purchase for the final time. Krishna has relisted this house and the building inspector stated he cannot forsee a scenerio where the building gets signed off. Every shocking last detail was given and at times in a manner I AM NOT PROUD About. We was living in a parents bedroom with a 4 month old and I needed to vent. So is he dishonest? I'd say relisting this property makes him very dishonest. And if you dare even try and argue against this review Krishna/KCR I'll post screenshots. you even kept the £500 deposit for aslong as possible

Would give one star if I could. Word of warning to all to be very cautious about all the positive reviews about this company as my partner wrote a very lengthy review about the horrific way we were treated by this company/Krishna. Do not trust this guy! Lost so much money on the sale of a house because of him and his dishonesty. To cut a long story short they were advertising and selling a property that they knew had not met building regulations and been signed off by the council. This meant that we were unable to secure a mortgage. We did not find this out untill we had paid out thousands throughout the process in solicitors fees/surveys/mortgage advisor. Struggled to get out deposit back from Krishna until my partner threatened to come to the office and not leave until we got it back. We found this an unusual thing for an estate agent to do anyway as others don’t do this in our experience. Krishna takes £500.00 to take property off the market and display as sstc. Despite everything we went through which Krishna was aware of the whole way through. He is still advertising and attempting to sell to another victim! So much more to this story which was written in previous review but I think it might have been too long to be approved! Avoid this estate agent at all costs and avoid the property he is trying to sell on Plowman Close. We can’t do anything about the money we lost but we want to do all we can to reduce the risk of this happening to somebody else…. Google doesn’t give the option to reply to the below response to Krishna which is all Bull and of course he’s going to deny it!! Doubt it sold unless a cash purchaser (victim). Would be too soon to have gone through process of whole sale and the new potential buyers probably are unaware of the situation with the property and probably still hasn’t passed building regs as the builders were too stoned to follow a list of jobs Please see below screenshot of when I tried to ‘contact directly to discuss this further’ as per his reply to this review (04/03/24). No interest whatsoever in giving us any answers.

I’m getting the worst service from this KCR letting agency.They are very lier about fulfilling promises.Im 9th months pregnant.we are requesting from 3 months to solve rat problem,damaged to our personal belongings and property.Still they are ignoring .Hardly 2 times they put poison and no cares after putting that.I used to communicate specially Krishna.He promised me a lot to resolve this and other problems before moving.Now,no action is taken by them.We r very concern about our unborn baby.we personally feel that this letting agency just believe in rent not service.So,please be aware before joining with this agency.

It is regrettable to recount the series of issues encountered with Krishna from the inception of our tenancy agreement. Upon the conclusion of our lease term, Krishna levied baseless allegations regarding notice period requirements, despite the terms being clearly stipulated in the fixed-term lease agreement. His communication was marked by unprofessionalism, as he cited irrelevant clauses from the contract in an attempt to justify his unfounded claims. Despite providing legal evidence refuting his assertions, Krishna remained obstinate and resorted to threats. Our efforts to seek recourse resulted in a partial refund of our deposit; however, Krishna's shifting justifications, including allegations of cleanliness issues despite documented evidence to the contrary, underscore his opportunistic and financially motivated demeanor. This experience has been mentally taxing and serves as a cautionary reminder to everyone who’s signing a deal with him! AVOID AND IGNORE HIM ON ALL COSTS. I WOULD WANT RATE HIM 0.

I endured a six-month tenancy under this letting agent, and the experience was nothing short of dreadful. From the outset, they flouted legal regulations by overcharging us. Despite complying with their demands, the troubles persisted. When it came time to reclaim our deposit, the agent fabricated excuses, claiming we hadn't provided notice, despite no such requirement in our fixed-term agreement. Even when evidence was provided to retrieve the deposit through the protection scheme, it was discovered that not all of the agreed amount had been safeguarded. He is now putting baseless accusations of leaving the property dirty is the reason he is not repaying a part of our deposit. We have a documentation of our move-out process, yet the agent failed to provide any evidence of cleaning expenses. Their predatory tactics included attempting to extort additional rent and withholding the deposit under false pretenses. This agent's deplorable service and dishonest conduct should serve as a warning to prospective tenants, dealing with them is a way to lose money. Avoid at all costs.

Please be careful before proceeding with this company. I lost my deposit and when I tried to contact them, they rarely answered my calls. On the rare occasions they did, I was given lame excuses like the manager being unavailable. Before moving forward, make sure to ask them to send you the terms and conditions, as they are not available on the website. The whole experience felt like a scam to me.
