Once you meet Daniel, it is obvious that he becomes not only an Estate agent but he becomes a vital partner in your journey when selling your home. Whilst we have not been on the market for 20 plus years it was with slight trepidation that we selected Daniel rather than others to discuss our sale. With Daniel inclusion in our journey became clear he was different in his approach and involvement, he is not like so many others who wish to take the lead, he understands the sale of a long lived home is a very personal thing and he was head and shoulders above others in giving us a sense he was as committed as we were to not only selling but guiding one through a very personal journey. Daniel is an honest, friendly and caring personable nature gives you the confidence that he is committed to your sale as if it were his own. Daniel always seem to have time for a personal chat and he would sensitively, get to know you and the life of the family whilst giving a personable insight into who he is. From the moment Daniel first answered my telephone call I knew he was the Estate Agent for me. Both Daniel and Jane have supported me with such professilism and empathy throughout my journey of selling my very elderly father's home which he had lived in for over 30 years so he could move back to be closer to myself and his family in Cheshire. Moving home is stressful enough but for me moving my Dad at 93 years old was such a difficult task but Daniel and Jane bent over backwards supporting me ,guiding, advising me. I can’t rate Daniel highly enough! Efficient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable, but also very sensitive to our needs. Daniel is not from the “suit, tie and briefcase” brigade, where properties are, “delightful” or “exquisite” or even, “exquisitely delightful”! Oh no, Daniel is a new, rare breed of Estate Agent, like none we’ve seen around here before! Of the three we invited, Daniel was head and shoulders above the others and we easily made our decision. I’ve seen him described as “a dapper young man” and I couldn’t put it better myself! Smart casual is his style, very smart! Well-groomed, polite and with an open, honest and caring personality that you feel you can open up to - I probably did so rather too much! Over the first week or two, through regular telephone updates, Daniel always had time for a chat and would subtly get to know you and the life of the family whose home he's been chosen to sell. Likewise, I got an insight into him, his background, his home life, his beloved wife and young son. So, what does Daniel do differently? Most noticeably, he conducts all viewings himself which we’d never experienced before but we really liked this method. He always arrives in good time, he updates regularly without being chased, he calls back promptly if unable to take your call, he’ll help you look for your next place in terms of advice and speaking to estate agents on your behalf, he sees things through. Daniel may be young and recently established but he brings with him 15 years or so of experience and clearly knows what people want. I thank him for conducting the sale of our home and wish him great success in his future. Finally, a sentence I’m sure I wouldn’t be adding for any other estate agent …. I hope we will stay in touch!

From the onset of meeting Daniel, I just knew intuitively he was going to secure a sale on my home in Grinshill, Shrewsbuy. Daniel approached my house sale with the utmost care, attention to detail and provided an outstanding professional service. The presentation with video footage and photography speaks for itself. Viewings were delivered by Daniel, a meticulous understanding and familiarity was present. Daniel made sure that he knew everything about our home. Neil Beglin of EweMove (Hove) has been absolutely amazing. He made us feel so valued and actually listened to us, taking our ideas on board in order to write a great bio for the flat. Changing agents to Ewemove was the best decision in order to sell my lovely home. He came to take extra photos, not being happy with his 1st, always arrived 5 minutes before a viewing to say hello and to make sure everything was at its best and even supported us when finding our new property. We received weekly updates and immediate feedback from viewings. He knows the area so well and definitely knew the best way to sell the flat.
