I'm going to try to keep this short as I don't want Neil's head to explode with all the praise, but really: I can't recommend Neil Beglin and his team at Ewe Move in Brighton highly enough. I had a flat sitting on the market for a year and a half, waiting to be sold. Almost zero interest. The previous estate agents were nice people but frankly didn't have much of a strategy. Neil immediately rose to the challenge upon being instructed, managing a small but impactful renovation of the property, creating a brilliant marketing presentation (proper professional photography, CGI and persuasive copy), and managed the sales funnel like true pro. The result: a buyer found within a matter of weeks. The conveyancing took a while, but even then Neil made sure that communication flowed brilliantly between all parties involved. Thanks, Neil! Let's do it again sometime. ;)

We honestly can’t recommend Dan at Ewemove highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing to deal with. From the outset, he felt completely different … professional and courteous, but also warm, approachable, refreshingly unpushy and kind. EweMove staff recently sold our flat and it turned out to be a long process, because our first buyers dropped out when we were almost at the completion stage. Because it was then August we decided to rent the flat out for 6 months and put it back up for sale. Not only did the staff find us a suitable and reliable short term tenant within a few days, but another buyer, who had viewed our flat previously and was still interested in buying it. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and the staff were always supportive, very knowledgeable and helpful. There simply aren't enough words to describe how friendly, polite, professional, totally driven and thoroughly hard working Daniel is. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he keeps in regular contact from the minute you instruct him, responding to calls and messages immediately, even 'out of hours' We had a long, and sometimes rocky road with our sale and purchase, with Daniel acting on both. He went above and beyond to get us to completion. His dedication is exemplary, and it comes from the heart.  He's not just there to sell houses, or wait for them to sell themselves as some other agents do. He genuinely cares about you as his client and goes above and beyond to deal with everything he's confronted with, a good deal of which other agents wouldn't even be bothered with. This is our 6th move as a couple, and I can honestly say, Daniel  outshone previous agents by miles. If you're serious about finding a buyer for your house (and in a very short time in our case) go with Daniel. If you want your house to sit there stagnating for months on end with another agent (as ours had previously) with no contact or updates, don't go with Daniel. It really is that simple!
