Peter and Yvonne were extremely helpful when my mother was trying to buy a property in March and April of 2020, a very stressful time when the UK was heading into lockdown. We were able to return to the property to take measurements, and Peter went above and beyond the call of duty by showing us all of the unique features of the property, from the attic access to the integrated home technology. From start to finish, Peter and Yvonne Scott have worked tirelessly to sell our property. We moved from another agent who had seemingly lost interest in getting our property sold. As we were living abroad at the time, we needed the extra support. We couldn't have made a better choice in moving to Peter Scott Estate Agents. Peter Scott did a great job of selling my parents' bungalow at a time of significant market uncertainty. Interest rates had suddenly increaed within a couple of weeks of marketing the property yet they were able to generate many viewings & several good offers offers. They found us a really good quality purchaser & negotiated a good price. Throughout the process, they were very positive, communication was excellent and they were a real pleasure to deal with. Their unique selling point, in my view, is their personal touch. Unlike agents I've had dealings with in the past, they made me feel like I was their only customer & that they were really working hard on my behalf, which I know they were. Highly recommended.
