GoogleHannells were professional from the start to the very end. They offer an experience that is friendly yet professional. We hit some hiccups along the way due to my first buyeressing me around yet Hannells had the property back on the market that day and viewings scheduled immediately. They were extremely proactive with their exiting client lists and help us to achieve another sale the first day we took new viewings. The fees weren’t too expensive either, I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I choose these guys. Thanks to all the team at Hannells!!

GoogleWe had been thinking about downsizing for a while since retiring two years ago. We had looked at various estate agents including the faceless internet ones promising of no commission. We decided to go with Hannells in Chaddesden after meeting with Jo Riggott. We were impressed by her professionalism and were reassured by her non-pushy manner. After a few weeks we contacted her again, and she arrived to do a full survey. The finished brochure was of top quality. We were then introduced to the team, headed by Michelle, at the office who were all helpful and efficient, and kept us informed throughout the sale of our house. Due to their hard work and commitment a buyer was found very quickly and our house sold within a few days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hannells in Chaddesden to family and friends.

GoogleA very friendly and professional service. We decided to sell on the Monday and Hannells had a valuer round to see us on the Wednesday and the details were on the web on the Thursday.
Three viewings followed on the Friday and we accepted an offer of the full asking price on the Saturday morning!
It was worth using Hannells as they had buyers waiting for properties and could contact them very quickly.
A very easy and pleasant experience - highly recommended.
