GoogleThese people have ZERO interest in selling your property, so don't use them.
My story: I contacted them via a website form stating I wanted to put in an offer for a property. The property is suitable for investors, and it was cheap, so I wanted to buy and hold it. I wrote all that, and when they called me back I explained it all to them. I said, I wasn't actually interested in the property itself - I just wanted to hold it for n years. Their response: "oh yeah, well, we got a lot of this during lockdowns, where people put in an offer and pull out, so unless you actually come here, we're not passing on your offer to our client". What? It's chump change. Do you think I want to travel from near London to the middle of nowhere to see a dump? No. I wanted to hold something which would appreciate in value over time as developers develop an area. Then they also had the temerity to add, they wanted £2K more. LOL. After insulting me you demand just enough to buy sweets in the local corner shop?
So as a result of advertising a property and inviting people to get in touch to put in an offer, you get people like myself on the phone, tell them they're timewasters AND say you want £2K more? I FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR CLIENTS.

GoogleNot interested in customer service, quite rude and probably the worst estate agent in the area. They hardly answer their phone, and seem very disinterested in selling houses and make potential purchasers feel like they are doing you a favour. if i were selling i would use another.
