GoogleWe moved into our rented property two months ago. The whole process from application to moving in was made so easy and manageable by Emily and Holly. They were easy to contact and always responded to my questions. Since moving in we have had no issues with the property but the app seems to make it easy to address possible problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in using this branch of Taylor’s to find a rental property again.

Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple

Bedminster office - I had hoped that this one would be different. But if you like inaccuracies with details and not being able to explain their processes then they are for you. When I complained I was told that they'd followed their processes but it seems that they like to kept that information to themselves.

GoogleI called the office yesterday and spoke with someone named Miladh. Incredibly professional and booked a valuation in with his colleague Ethan for today. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with an estate agent. After years of buying and selling it’s difficult to put total faith in an agent but Taylor’s Biggleswade honestly have my full support. Would highly recommend!!!

GoogleWon't be using Taylors again. Just sold our house through them. They are purely a shop window. Questioned our buyers asking if they were sure they wanted to buy the house. Wouldn't answer voicemail's left for them. Called them to ask where things were progressing with the sale and was told they couldn't get through to the buyers or solicitors. Turns out they had the wrong number for buyer the whole time. Whenever I called it felt like I was arguing with them, rather then having a conversation. Reluctantly had to pay them their commission when I felt that they did absolutely nothing in selling our house. I felt like it was left to me and my partner to sell and make sure the sale progressed.

I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. I recommend their service to everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.

If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

GoogleThe letting process was mainly smooth although our first viewing was cancelled as the agent did not have the key to the house. After that all good although whoever did the inventory and review was completely incompetent as they failed to note the fact that there are blown double glazing windows in nearly every room. Glad we are only due to be here over the spring/summer.

Where do I start? I rented an apartment from the Bedminster branch, and it was an unbelievably awful experience from beginning to end. They lied about the opening inventory, there was no hot water or heating for most of the tenancy period (and they literally couldn't even be bothered to reply, let alone sort the problems out), they lied about damage caused when I left (which I did not cause), and now they refuse to communicate with me regarding the return of my deposit. Needless to say they are also withholding my deposit with no legitimate reason whatsoever. It would be really difficult to find a worse company to deal with. They treated me shockingly badly, lied through their teeth, and are trying to steal my deposit. Just awful. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: 3 months later, I opened a dispute with Taylors via MyDeposits and submitted my honest evidence to counteract their lies and today received the deposit refund in full. Keep evidence of everything Taylors tell you (they WILL lie later on), take photos of everything, take videos of everything..... eventually, you will get your money back from these rogues (as long as you are being honest).

Absolutely useless and infuriating - they feed you empty promises and lies constantly saying they have done what you asked and then you realise they actually never did - over and over again rinse and repeat - they will NEVER respond to your issues with the house you rented unless it is an emergency that will damage the house never mind that it is a risk to your health unless you literally ring them up every day multiple times for 2 whole infuriating months and then eventually maybe they will do something after you say you will put in a formal complaint but not after they tried to gaslight you first saying nothing is wrong
