Ridiculous fees for a first time move. Payed nearly £500 for no help whatsoever. Started paying rent before we were allowed to move in. Wish we went elsewhere. Staff seem uninterested to help.

YellUnprofessional-avoid for your sell.
On different occasions I have seen people in Connells are unprofessional and try to apply trick while selling property. Even their mortgage advisor is bit rude and not professional. All money minded.

Terrible company, do not use surveyors / valuations, spent over £1000 to value a property for refurbishment and returned a value of £0. Absolute joke avoid at all costs.
