GoogleArranged a viewing to which no agent turned up. I was then shown around by a builder who knew little about the place. This was the first waste of time. I then waited a week for application forms to arrive. To my surprise the application forms listed a PCM of £250 more than the online advertised price. Aura estates incompetency wasted hours of my time and paused my property search for a week.

However we are providng only tenant finding service to the landlord and also landlord was responsible for accompained viewing rather than agency. Further due to multiple agency involve in these houses , owner changed the price without informing us.furthermore we confirmed to you regarding all these changes without taking any holding money. we tried several times to present our point view during telphonic conversation but unfortunatly did not able to make you understand. I hope you could understand . Thanks

GoogleThe aura estate is wonderful agency to become an tenant with it has best quality of home and they’re first priority is to provide best design for the tenant. They have been so kind and easy and hassles to move with aura estate and very upto date all the requirements which is necessary to compelet from tenancy agreement to end of tenancy, no regret has been felt from moving into aura estate property as to leave the property all has been setup by aura estate the staff is so kind and very polite and easy to understand the need of tenants.

GoogleWe have used Aura Estate Ltd letting service for 3 years and we are very glad we did. This was our first, and only, letting experience and if it had not been for them we would have sold up years ago. They were so supportive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If anything needed fixing they had very very skilled and reasonably priced tradespeople on call. The team is led by Ellie Barrington and she is ably assisted by Alex and Ana-Maria. We can’t recommend them highly enough and if you are looking for letting agents they should be your go to number 1 on your list.

GoogleAbsolute useless agency. We made an appointment to view a house. I was waiting there, no one came. Then called them where are they. They sad the collage is on the way. So still waiting. And after they called me that house is already rented out. I was travelled there for an 1h. Wasting my time and my money. Don't deal with theses people.

GoogleI rented a studio, which was incredibly filthy. Also, they never mentioned that the boiler was in the adjacent house, and the other tenants did not pay the bill, so I spent almost 6 months without gas and hot water (in winter!). When I tried to find another tenant, they tried to charge me an extra fee for its credit check (that's ilegal). Plus, they lied to us saying that they had already found another tenant just to get rid of him. When they rejected my candidate, they never told me that it was my responsability to notify him despite having talked to him to collect its data. They simply abandoned me in a noisy and cold house.

GoogleI can’t believe you guys lies too I got all recoding while mr Mailk talking to me clearly said many times we going cut off the tap which we fixed I keep saying you can’t go my house. I got all recording saved see your in court . Key you guys also told me it under the carport text messages saved Very very untrained unprofessional taking money from students taking advantage those peoples can’t speak English. Never seen unprofessional rude person . Now I teach you how to inter some house and cut off the pipe . I will leeks all the recording on net not leaving you alone I given you 7 days to fixed what damaged you made .you guys said do what ever I want to do .wait now my turn to teach you lesson this prof who did this work Going add all pictures all recording all text messages I printed out . Next time you not dare to do this to any one what you did to my house .

Such unprofessional I asked my house key for this reason aura owner me Mailk get up set said me we going to your house which plumber our fixed the tap we going cut off . I stop them not to inter to my house Instead they went house I cut the pipe and damaged more . I given them 7 days notice to fixed what the damaged they made . They blocked me . Speak very rude . Letting my house to care company which I was not happy after one month bring sane Clintes lies to me . When I find out he get up set and damaged my house left my house key out side . That how they treated. Price are so high service 3 class .not recommend any one used them .
