Aura Estate Ltd Dunstable reviews

I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. About two weeks ago, I called to book a viewing for a flat I had seen advertised on OnTheMarket. No one seemed to know anything about the property, and I was transferred between different staff members. I only received short, unhelpful answers, and eventually I was told that someone would call me back later that day. Nobody ever did. Today, I called again to arrange a viewing for the another property, and exactly the same thing happened. Once again, I was told that someone would call me back, but I never received a call. The level of customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. They don't seem interested in helping potential tenants, don't offer any alternatives, and make the whole process frustrating. It honestly feels like they don't want to help people find a home. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

Inam at this agency was very helpful/professional. We move in quick to our rented property and he dealt with any concern we had immediately. He answered calls and email quickly.I will definitely recommend them. And I must mention they are very flexible with length of contracts. Also they make preparation when you leave the property for you to collect your last letters at their office. Which I find was very good some agency will tell the current tenant to return the letter or some you will never get your letter. Will definitely recommend Autaestates.

I would like to share my experience with Aura Estates Agents in Dunstable to help others make an informed decision. In my interactions with them, I found their communication to be poor and unprofessional. There were several instances where I felt that my concerns as a tenant were not taken seriously, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive. Based on my experience, I would advise potential tenants to proceed with caution and ensure they fully understand the agency’s approach before committing. MS Chowdhury

Ana-Maria (Aura Estate Ltd Dunstable)

Ana-Maria (Aura Estate Dunstable) was the agent selling the house I bought during last lockdown. The advert for the house on Zoopla was very professional and the video tour really insightful, this made us feel like we knew the house before we had even step foot inside. I contacted Ana-Maria (Sales Negotiator) at 5pm and she arranged a viewing the next morning in no time at all, we ended up putting in an offer on the spot and luckily we got accepted. During the purchase of the house any question I had Ana-Maria was very fast to answer no matter what time or day it was and the knowledge she has of the Dunstable/Luton area is second to none. If I ever do come to sell or buy again I would definitely be using Ana-Maria and Aura Estate Ltd.

I would say this agency did not even deserve 1 star. They were Half an hour late for viewing, feeble apology about traffic when we had just driven the same way and got there on time, the house was disgusting, dirty, in terrible condition and nothing matched the description that was given in the listing. Dirty beds and mattresses in each room. Will not be using these agents again.
