GoogleHaving given the management opportunity to address specific issues raised the lame response was to blame everyone else other than the staff involved - poor response, poor professionalism could go on just hope that the detailed points raised have behind closed doors been addressed.

GoogleOverall the experience was good - they recommended a solicitor who was great and worked to my time frame to complete with 3 months. Not much after sales would be my only observation compared with some other agents that I am aware of.

Thanks for your feedback Kate - we will review our processes to see how that can improve. We hope the move all went

GoogleI don’t recommend this branch-Margate as very rude customer service experience from particularly 1 letting agent.

TrustpilotDarren and Amie knew the market inside…
Darren and Amie knew the market inside out and sold the property at the asking price, which we were VERY happy with, within two days of going to the market. They stayed with us throughout, always in contact, always available. I highly recommend this estate agent if you want a trouble free, speedy sale with old fashioned great customer service at a really good rate.
