Raymond, Kevin and the Smith property team are extremely professional to deal with. We sold a large property under Smiths property guidance. Step by step from the valuation to the sale agreed until house sold we were guided & confided in 100% of the time. The property brochure was amazing as was the video link. No negatives. We recently sold our house in Cootehill with Smith properties, from the off Raymond was very helpful explaining exactly what was required to complete the sale. We just sold our house with Smith Property. We had exceptional service from start to finish. The professional photos were taken promptly and the property was advertised soon after, all of the viewings were handled professionally by Raymond and convened at a time that suited all parties. Feedback was immediate and Raymond made sure to communicate regularly and was always available to discuss matters. All negotiations were handled by Raymond himself and our house was sold within a short period of time. Smith Property offered a professional service in the sale of my relative's house in Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan. Because I live abroad, they were so helpful in organising decorators, gardeners and cleaners to tidy up the house, and liaising with the house clearance company before the sale of the house. I couldn't have done this without their support. They were always prompt in their responses to emails/phone calls and offered clear advice during the bidding stage and final sale of the house.
