We have our rental house in Belturbet as we live far away so we chose to get management company. After considering a few options, we decided that Smith is the one. Right from the start, Kelly has taken care of everything with high level of professionalism and attentiveness. We got great tenants, all the issues that occur during the tenancy are taken care of and the whole process goes smoothly, we got nothing much to worry about. We even had a big issue that would costed us loads of money but with Kelly's support we got it sorted and that proves we made an absolutely correct decision to choose Smith as our management company. Amazing Business to deal with.
