5 years Iv been In my home, countless faults, threatening behaviour from site managers and still 5 years in the roads aren’t finished. 5 years!!!! I’d like to bill avant for my popped tyres but they can’t fix what they’re legally meant to.

Didn’t feel we were really given much information, other than keep calling back in and checking to see if the plot we are interested in has had its prices released. But with it been further in the development you can’t promise anything! Feel it was a wasted journey.

Horrific customer service. Nobody bothered to reply to our early enquiries regarding a viewing. Once they did pick up the phone, they stayed mute on the other end of the line. Engaged with the chat function of their website only to have the conversation cut short after complaining. What on earth is going on here?Would’ve been a 0/5 if possible. Avoid at all costs.

Please do not buy a property from Avant Homes. Once these people have your money you wont hear from them. the after sales service is almost non existent. and if you want to see the the disgusting and extremely dangerous state the site is left in after the last house has been sold just come along to morisse fields Avant develoment in moulton northampton and see for yourself... UNBELIEVABLE.

They Just ignore you completely! After a year in our home, we still have outstanding snags. Major snags, structural snags! I emailed the group operating officer Scott Varley, who I can only assume has had the same incompetency training as more junior members of the Avant team! I warn you, at your peril, buy an avant home! You will regret it!

Just wanted to share a fantastic experience of customer service on the peerfields development We have just had our front door frame replaced over 2 days and I must say that the service from Ian the technician was professional to say the least. Face mask worn throughout the 2 days, polite, informative and excellent workmanship, the area really does look better than new

Great house! But Avant Homes are painfully slow at getting snags fixed. My central heating system is still wired incorrectly (upstairs thermostats control downstairs rads for example) and I’ve been in the house over 9 months. No where near as good as other house builders for customer service.

the entire house buying process went smoothly without any major problems. Our questions were always eagerly and comprehensively answered and we were kept informed about the progress of the house construction. After moving into a new house, there are things to improve, but we still wait 3 weeks for someone to fix it. Overall we are satisfied and we can recommend. Avant homes

Iv been In my home 4 years now, I’m still waiting for my bathroom to be repaired from 3 years ago! 4 years and still no tarmac on the roads. The list of troubles Iv had are endless. If I could go back I’d have never bought from avant. Absolute cowboys.

Experience with Avant homes has been terrible since the moment after reservation where before they were brilliant. We’ve had very snotty phone calls and emails from them about us and our solicitors despite the fact that all of the hold ups are on their end.

I felt very welcome and Georgia the sales adviser was really lovely. The houses and location are very nice. The site is down a leafy lane and feels welcoming and picturesque.
