GoogleExperience from a house viewing: The agent showed up 15 min late, however, his colleague was able to update me on the delay after calling the agency. The property was different compared to what was advertised. Photos showed a completely different flat. Misleading advertisement and a waste of time.

Hi Jarek, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience however we did explain on the viewing that the property photos may of been mixed up with another flat within the building and we were contacting the landlord to verify whether that apartment was still available for you to view. In regards to the agent showing late to the appointment, this was also explained via telephone that he had overrun on a previous viewing at 9:30am. Thank you for your time, Uniek Residential
