GoogleWe listed our property with two estate agents, and the service we got from Uniek was hands down better. Ryan managed to arrange the marketing photos and multiple viewings within a week. The property was sold shortly after and he supported the sale right to the very end. He stayed on top of both sets of solicitors, which helped push through the sale in less than 3 months. GoogleI bumped into Ryan at an event, we got talking and he mentioned he could take over my rental portfolio that was causing me more hassle than it was worth. I was dubious at first but thought i'd give it a go and handed over 2 of my properties to start with. Ryan did an excellent job managing the properties creating a seamless process, meaning i didn't have to think about the properties at all. I'll be handing the rest of my properties to Ryan in due course, I don't know why i haven't done this sooner. Very glad to have bumped into him and seized the opportunity when i did.

GoogleStumbled across Ryan through a friend as i was looking to have something hands off in property. Being a business owner, my head is elsewhere. Ryan handled everything. From the deal sourcing, through to executing the plans and dealing with the sales. Very rarely leave reviews, but Uniek and Ryan genuinly deserve one. Looking forward to the next project starting.

GoogleDespite this hard time of Covid-19, we had a good and professional treatment from Ryan and Kamran. In every moment they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. However, at the beginning we were not sure at all because they asked us to pay the deposit and three months in advance (because we had an agreement with the landlord to pay every three months, as we are students and we are from Spain, so we do not have a UK guarantor) without seeing the house. It is true that the situation happened like that because of the Covid-19, if we were not in a lockdown they probably tried to sort out everything in a different way. But, at the end we saw the house and the same day we payed everything as we agreed in the e-mails. They sent us a video of the house to see it, but personally I rather preferred to see the property physically than from a video, but definitely a video is better than photos. We had a really good and professionally treatment! Thank you very much Ryan and Kamran.

If you're tired of feeling like your agent is taking advantage of you I couldn't recommend Uniek more. Ryan and Kam are very communicative and understanding and have been able to sort out any problems we've had straight away. They have great communication with the landlords too so you won't find yourself repeating yourself all the time when you have a concern.
