Hanna has been an excellent property manager, coupling her keen attitude to care for others along with a problem-solving attitude that always leads to swift action. I’ve been liaising with Hanna for the last year or so and have had quite a few issues at my flat, which Hanna responded to very quickly and resolved effectively. She takes the time to listen to the issues, suggests any quick resolution based on her experience of similar issues and when it’s not in her hands, she escalates the issues appropriately. I also appreciate that she keeps me in the loop on the various steps when arranging any repairs and also takes the time to sympathise with the situation. It’s been evident that Hanna cares for the tenants and acts as their representative when speaking to landlords - an example of this was when she negotiated a compensation for me in response to some of the persistent issues at my flat.

We were delighted with Hamptons. Meeting all the key personnel in the Stratford upon Avon office gave us the confirmation and confidence that we had selected the right agency for us and our property.Both Owen and Jacob then came to our home to learn and appreciate the key selling benefits of our home as well as understanding why we wanted to sell. The selling process was explained to us and all literature approved...The house was put on the market on the Monday. Blocked viewings were organised for the Thursday and Saturday.Offers came in on the following Monday and we went to sealed and final bids on the Wednesday. All was done and dusted in 10 days!We accepted one of the three offers on the table; all three were well over the "offers over" price and we were delighted with the final selling price and the speed of the sale.Owen, who managed our sales process and negotiations, was always available, reassuring and communicative.When Owen replies immediately to your WhatsApp message at 10.00pm at night, you know he's on the case and has your best interests at heart.All in all, a positive, pro-active and pleasant experience. GoogleThe Caterham branch recently dealt with the purchase of our new home. It was a hort chain but came with its own unique challenges. Initially Sara dealt with the purchase for us and kept us well informed. Laterly Denise Kavanagh pushed through the sale when things were looking very dicey and we were close to losing our buyer because of delays with our onward purchase. Despite only joining the branch just a couple of weeks beforehand, Denise gained an excellent understanding of the situation and contacted all parties to get things back on track. Stressful at times but all in all we would recommend Hamptons Caterham and especially Denise!

From the moment we first spoke to Molly at Hamptons to the day we moved in was smooth and effortless. aMolly was brilliant from start to finish, so friendly, keeping us informed of the developments as well as happy to answer our many phone calls!! What could have been a very stressful time for us was made so simple and easy, thanks to Molly at Hamptons.

GoogleMy Wife and I moved from West Wickham to Warlingham recently. Our Estate Agents were naturally close to the house we were selling. Sara Al-Rabee was the agent from Hamptons Estate Agents in Caterham and she was responsible to the the owners of the property we were buying. You may think that this was irreverent and that our paths need not come close to each other. However, our purchase was beset with problems and Sara went out of her way to help, guide and advise us on an almost a daily basis. She was especially kind, caring and thoughtful whilst always maintaining a thoroughly professional standard. She did not need to do what she did, but she did it all the same. She formed a professional working relationship with my Estate Agent which without doubt ‘oiled the wheels.’ We believe that our difficult purchase went through with her help. At the end of this process, she handed us the keys to our new property, and gave us a bottle of bubbly. What a kind and thoughtful gesture! I would have no hesitation in using Hamptons to sell my property here, if we decided to, but would insist that Sara was the Agent in charge of it. Thank you Sara, my Wife and I will not forget your kindness to us.

GoogleThe whole team at Hamptons were a delight to deal with. Sara dealt with the sale of my home and went above and beyond my expectations. Sara handled some tricky issues on my behalf very calmly and I always felt completely supported from the beginning to the end of the sales process. I was particularly impressed with how Sara kept track of the whole chain involved in the sale of my home and helped to nudge things along. If you are selling your home I cannot recommend Sara and Hamptons enough.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home with the help of Hampton's. The staff were extremely friendly. In particular Sara, who was our main point of contact. Sara made the process easy and enjoyable. She was so supportive throughout the entire journey and was very reliable on both email and telephone. We had been warned that buying a property is never a completely seamless or straight forward process but we felt well informed and looked after. I would highly recommend this branch of Hampton's to anyone looking in the Warlingham/Caterham area and when we eventually look to sell our property, we will be using them again. 5/5!

We were highly satisfied with Hamptons from start to finish . Agents were at the end of the phone whenever we called - we were never kept waiting . One of the most impressive details for me was the initiative of the agent to cAll us after a buyer pulled out not just with the bad news but with 5 viewing appointments the following week. Communication was excellent - our agent Jacob was approachable and friendly and made the whole process easy

Now that tenant has bought their own house and Hamptons have found another excellent tenant at a good rent with only a day's income lost. Nicole Mapura extremely helpful customer service executive . Nicole has been extremely helpful and has redeemed my faith within this Company. Sometimes its a few words that can reassure you all will be ok, "don't worry, " someone that genuinely cares for the clients makes a big difference. Nicole has been extremely helpful and I called her this morning to Thank her for she never realised how stressed I have been and I appreciate her swift and corrective action in ensuring I was dealt with through the correct departments . May situation is being dealt with by the appropriate contacts. Effective training makes a huge difference Nicole is always professional, polite and reassuring , never does she sound fed up and on every occasion she has been able to connect me to the right person, she a great ambassador for Hamptons. Thank you please promote this beautiful caring individual.

In 2024 Feb we are given another Property Manager named Patryk Lehmann. Patryk is very organised amid handling 90 properties. Patryk is very organised, detail-minded, prompt and just to landlords. Patryk shows cares and justice in analysing. If 50% of UK citizens can be as superb as Patryk, UK will become megapower for centuries to come. congratulations to Hamptons and us.

Worst ever left us with no hot water and heating for over two weeks all they care about is taking your money once I get you in the property you’re no longer a problem and when you tell them it’s their problem they say it’s between me and Landlord were state agents ever do not rent from them this was the caterham Branch

We appreciate being without heating and hot water can be frustrating but from our system can see the team worked as quickly as possible to resolve this matter for you and ensured a brand new boiler and plumbing was installed within 8 days. Whilst we understand this is a difficult situation to be in, I can see that your rent was deducted completely during this time which I believe is sufficient compensation for your inconveniences. I do hope the remainder of your tenancy runs smoothly and thank you again for passing on your feedback.

Paul was invaluable in securing a deal that worked for all parties, despite the hiccup of the collapse of our first sale, and Jacob worked tirelessly prodding and pushing the transactions over the finish line. I have worked for numerous Estate and Lettings agents as a Gas engineer over a 15 year career. Rebecca and her property management team are professional, concise and more importantly for myself, the best property management team I have encountered in 15 years. Information is always readily available, they are understanding of all trade related issues and understand the regulations that need to be complied with completely. All of my staff thoroughly enjoy undertaking Hamptons work and this is due to the guys in the property management team.

I was associated with Hamptons for more than a year for my previous tenancy. In this period I needed help quite some time, and I must say Hamptons were very professional. Special mention to Gemma Ward, who was managing this property. She was prompt in sending supports whenever issues were highlighted and tried to make my stay comfortable. Even the check out was smooth and tenant friendly. I stayed for more than a year but as there were no break clauses mentioned in the contract, I had to pay 8% of the total rent remaining, which I found a little too much. Even after repeated requests and also upon getting the new tenant very easily they couldn't let go of that. That was quite harsh, as they were receiving the same charge from two tenants for the same time period. But otherwise it was a smooth stay and very well managed.

I cannot recommend Jacob at Stratford upon Avon enough. On our first viewing our house sold. Having completed his due diligence, we received full confirmation of our buyers details. He kept us informed throughout the process. He worked outside of 'normal' office hours, to keep us up to date of any developments. A massive thank you!

The process has been very easy and they have always been on top of the required paperwork etc. Shardai has been the property manager for the last year or so, and has always been very prompt, professional and friendly.

My daughter has let her property through Hamptons for the last 8 years. Mandy D’Orta has been managing it for the last 6 months and is by far the best Property Manager we have had. She has been extremely kind, helpful and efficient. She is always friendly and responds very quickly to any requests.
