CATERHAM branch. Terrible service from Lucy at caterham. She totally ruined the whole selling experiences by being generally nasty and arrogant. (Not the only person to say this I might add).She also changed the price of my property to what she pleased even though she was directed not to by myself the homeowner and generally seemed to take a disliking to me after she was proved wrong after she claimed a certain price I wanted couldn’t be achieved. 1 week later it was achieved absolutely fine.Benjamin however did a good job and was very polite. Maybe he should be the one in that role…
