I wanted to put in writing how grateful we are to Linda Christopher at the Gorey branch of Sherry Fitzgerald. When we set out on our home buying journey I was poorly prepared for what a difficult and stressful thing to do it can be. The one person that has stood out throughout the whole process is Linda. Her kindness, patience and most of all her willingness to offer her expertise to all aspects of the home buying process has been invaluable, and without her I would have almost given up! I’ve lost count of the number of times she has given clarity to what would have otherwise been an issue I had no understanding of. And that goes far beyond her role as an auctioneer. Rosie Mulvany was our agent and point of contact and from the first viewing to the closing of the purchase Rosie was there every step of the way. Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

Long-Term Tenants - Excellent Service

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries. This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

Hi,I would like to sincerely thank Eoin Mallon and Julian Cotter of the Castleknock branch of Sherry Fitzgerald, for their first class customer focussed service, in executing the recent sale of our house.Julian inspected our house two months, prior to placing it on the market and gave us advice on how we could make changes to improve the sale price. Ultimately, Julian’s advice proved to be invaluable and resulted in a far greater price for our house. Both Eoin and Julian were able to focus our decision making process entirely and took all the stress out of the whole selling process. Unfortunately, over the last 25 years we have had poor experience with two different auctioneers in Castleknock.
