You might be surprised to see me writing this feedback completely changed when an expected maintenance work has not been taken care of by Reeds Rains even after 2 months of time.Issues were raised before Xmas 2019 and waited for the stupid process of getting quotation from their contractor, landlord's approval, inspection of those issues etc. etc. etc. I am tired of calling twice/thrice every week and heard the same response, either they are waiting for their contractor to provide quotation OR landlord's approval. Maintenance team came and agreed the issues 8 weeks ago - one of the Toilet is unusable , Washing Machine needs replacing etc. but NOTHING HAPPENED SO FAR. They left me in living in an unhealthy situation for my family and 1 year old kid. Moreover, there was emergency issue at the property when the boiler stopped working, they send a person after 3 days, even after calling the local office , maintenance team immediately after the event. Finally, I am still waiting for the issues to be addressed by maintenance Team as Local Castleford office already raised their hand saying it's not their responsibility. As a NEXT STEP : I am going to stop paying rent and cancel DD. I shall manage the work done by vendor locally and deduct the amount from the rental amount. Also, I seek legal advice to deal with the situation as required for the harassment, health concern and discrimination against me because of my Nationality/race etc.😒😒😒😒
