GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish. Hunters made the house buying process much easier than I anticipated. Communication was great from both Hollie (who dealt with the offers I made), and Lisa (who sorted the sale through to completion). I would not hesitate in using or recommending Hunters.

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleWe used Hunters as part of an assisted selling scheme, Hollie valued the property and we were able to secure a buyer within 2/3 weeks of marketing. They kept us up to date with viewings and feedback - I would use Hunters again.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

GoogleNot very good handed all required paperwork in that was required to veiw 3 properties to let. I made 2 phonecalls within a week to follow up a booking for viewings,and still no correspondence to keep me informed as to when I could view or just to say how busy they were. Any form of correspondence would have been appreciated.

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

Awful communication. Don’t care about buyers, customer service or doing the right thing! @kevinholinrake and @johnwaterhouse what a shame what your staffs lack of care, basic humanity and customer service has turned your business into! You should be ashamed of how they treat potential purchasers.
