GoogleRoger and James were fantastic throughout the long process of buying my house recently. Roger kept me up-to-date, was compassionate and humorous, and kept me grounded when the stress got to me. James and Roger were always positive but realistic, and I really felt they were invested in my purchase being successful. They were always available to answer any of my questions, and always had time to listen. I'd highly recommend Trueman & Grundy!

They kept in touch throughout, providing updates in a timely manner, offering the personal service that only an independent agency can. They both had a long term relationship with the deceased having been her preferred agent over recent decades. GoogleI highly recommend Trueman & Grundy. We accepted an offer on our house on the day it was announced we were going into lockdown so not the most straightforward of times to be selling a house. Throughout lockdown, the team were always available and always responded promptly to calls and emails. When we encountered a hitch with our purchase, Ian gave us some fantastic advice which helped resolve the situation and enabled the purchase to proceed. Although we were in a chain of six, Ian’s experience, knowledge and work behind the scenes with other agents in the chain definitely helped to keep things moving. If you are looking for an agent that tells it as it is, always does what they promise, provides reassurance when needed together with a dose of good humour, then look no further than Trueman & Grundy.
