GoogleSold my house in Kegworth through the Castle Donington branch and they were excellent from start to finish. The brochure they produced when my house was going on the market was to a very high standard and within a day they had already arranged over 10 viewings. Within a week my house had sold (for over the asking price) and they managed the whole process very professionally from the start until completion last week. I would 100% recommend using Martin & Co and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleUnfortunately not an agent that I'll consider using. Multiple calls over a 2 week timeframe, messages left for someone to call me with regards to taking on the management of one of my properties. Not a single call returned, if they can't be bothered to return calls for someone that wants to give them business then I've no idea how they'd treat my tenants.
