GoogleI recently used UPS Estate Agents to sell a property as they were highly recommended by a friend. Darren was my point of contact and right from our first introduction he was on the ball. He explained to me in full details of how he envisaged the sale of the property would go, what exactly UPS would do for me during the selling process and I felt at that early stage I had made the right choice. The property sold after several weeks of being on the market and during that time I had many phone calls with relevant updates and I want to thank Abbie in the office for that. I would definitely use UPS again and I also would recommend UPS to any vendors out there who need an agent

GoogleAn extremely professional, competent and friendly team. A big thank you to Darren, Abbey and Joanne at UPS Carrickfergus for providing such a professional service for the sale of our property. Darren spent a lot of time assessing the value of the property given the current market conditions thereby arriving at a value that proved to be realistic and above our expectations. Once agreed only a few days later, their communication with us and our solicitor was consistently good until a completion date was agreed and to be honest, we simply have nothing negative to report only positive. Highly recommended!! Thank you

GoogleUlster Property Sales sold our home and they also were the estate agents selling our new home to us. We also bought our first home from them in 2023 with the same positive experience. They were friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. They kept us informed throughout the whole process - from valuing, to viewings, negotiations to the sale completion. What really stood out was their proactive communication and how they helped keep the chain moving. This was our first time selling, we were made to feel like first class customers and were given the time and patience with our many questions. UPS made buying and selling a smooth process by taking everything that they could off our plates - there was no chasing for information, they even dealt with the solicitors when possible. We’re now in our new home and couldn’t recommend them highly enough - the whole UPS Carrickfergus team (Darren, Abbie & Joanne) are genuine, kind and amazing at what they do.

GoogleWe were very happy with the service received from UPS especially Darren & Lisa! We listed our house with them and their advice and photos were excellent. Our house was listed in June & we received an offer in July. We viewed a lot of properties and ended up viewing a house on Lisa’s recommendation which we loved and have since moved into! I would highly recommend them to everyone as from experience of other estate agents UPS really know their stuff !
Thank you for your kind review Julie, its very much appreciated by all of us

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic service received from UPS Carrickfergus. Darren came out and very quickly identified improvements and ideas to enhance and improve the property without costing a lot which he would pass on to prospective buyers. He even pointed out a south facing spot in the garden, perfect for summer barbeques etc! He and his team kept me updated every step of the way and the house was very quickly 'sale agreed'. I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and his excellent team.

GoogleUlster Property Sales in Carrickfergus have just completed on another house sale for me. Darren the manager and Dianne were first class in getting the best offer for the house through very effective promotion, arranging suitable viewings to suit potential buyers, and quickly following up all enquiries/offers made. They are also excellent in dealing with the solicitors involved and reporting back on progress. You are never in the dark! I have used UPS Carrickfergus several times before, and wouldn't consider using any other agency as they are the best in Carrickfergus from the beginning to the end! Many thanks again!

GoogleUPS Carrickfergus made selling our old home a simple process. Above all it was the truthful approach I appreciated setting realistic expectations on price, viewings and timeline. At all points they were helpful and communicative keeping me (based in another country) well informed and they went over and above organising things that some would consider outside the remit such as meter readings as the property was uninhabited. The service was over and above what was expected and they delivered exactly what was needed.

GoogleWe sold our home and bought a new one recently using UPS in Carrickfergus. Darren and Dianne were professional, competent and always willing to go the extra mile for us. Like a lot of other couples, we have moved before and have had some bad experiences. With reference to Darren and Dianne however, we have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Through it all, they became our friends. Thanks UPS Carrickfergus, you are the best. Robert and Irene Lacey

GoogleUnfortunately, their agent has dropped the ball on at least 4separate occassions. Between showing up late for appointments, or not at all for 2, to not responding to offers to buy, and not replying with a counter offer, to not informing of a sale with an outstanding offer still on the table. I can't say that a single showing with this agent went without a hitch. Sellers, if you use this company, stay on top of the agent, and make sure you lay down your terms, and hold the agent to them. They really need to up their standards for both the buyer and especially the seller. There is absolutely no reason for less than 100% professionalism, and this company doesn't even come close to 25%.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely incredible service and professionalism. Darren and Diane were so easy to work with, friendly, helpful, efficient, always available and overall extremely competent and honest. They went over and above their role as our agent, I could not recommend them highly enough. Best estate agents in the town by a country mile. If you’re thinking of selling your house, choose UPS Carrickfergus.
