I have tried to purchase a property through this agent over the last 9 months sold my property twice and still not managed to buy the property lost my house sale because the buyers got fed up of waiting so finally pulled out just had enough.

This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

GoogleI have used Reeds Rains on a couple of occasions buying and selling. I can honestly say I wouldn’t use any other company. Quite recently myself and my sisters had the sad task of selling our late father’s home. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with viewings and general advice bearing in mind we were a grieving family. Always polite, friendly and extremely professional. We could not thank them enough for ensuring everything ran smoothly for us. A great team. Thanks guys.

Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.
