GoogleAbsolutely terrible! So unhelpful, so rude, didn't even bother showing up for a booked viewing, didn't allow me to view 2 houses. Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with !

Went to view a property and it was not in a good condition unlike the photos, the man then wanted £103 (no mention of this before) if we wanted to hold the property and was very rude and brusque throughout the entire process, please save yourself the trouble and avoid!

Reeds Rains in Longton have been absolutely fantastic. We were on with another agent for 3 months with no luck, changed to Reeds Rains and they sold my property within a week and managed the sale through to exchange. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in the Longton Area.

GoogleWe own rental property that was purchased through Reeds Rains and is now fully managed by them. We have always been very happy with the service from the team and as we don't live locally, its very comforting to know that the property is being looked after by a knowledgeable and professional agent.
