It is next to impossible to get any assistance from Facebook or Instagram. For a business owner, a human assistance is essential in resolving a problem. My business Facebook was hacked into and closed down for reasons that are incorrect! Someone created a flakier business account with my company logo and now they are doing the same thing on my company’s Instagram. I have paid for ads that are running on my business accounts, which is now, a waste of money since no one is able to access my company’s social media pages. I get messages from Metabusiness asking me to click a “Submit” button and it ones not even work!!!!! I am losing money and potential clients in this extremely frustrating process. Whoever is this person, they are linking accounts that have nothing to do with me or my business!!!!

I have totally had it with facebook this time.Today is my birthday and it tells me 7 people posted greetings but is showing me only 4 of them.I am sick of Facebook filtering content I want to see. All the times I post a relevant comment and then don't see it because they are showing "relevant" or "Top" comments and have filtered my own out, or have to go out of the way to show other comments.The large numbers of friends post their status and it doesn't show in my feed, and the same happened with my post a long time ago.Yet they show me the same endless ads and even when I click and say I don't want to see that, they continue to show me more and more of the it.In the past they were very controlling about who you could and could not add as friends.They have been known to trace me around in real life too and ask if I recently visited a place.Someone, please, create a new Social Media site that actually shows its uses what we want and we'll all join it. I can't believe Facebook has survived 16 years because nobody has come up with something better. And I don't mean Twitter / X.All those things are bad, but really, hiding content I have subscribed to, including birthday greetings posted on my wall by my friends? That would be like the postman stealing some of my birthday cards and not delivering them. Or like gmail not bothering to show me all the e-mails people have written to me, not because they're spam, but simply because they feel like not showing them.

This website is filled with SCAMMERSI thought Ebay was bad for its scammers and fake accounts, but wow Facebook is taking the lead for thee worst website in the world. ZERO security over fake accounts but they'll insta-ban you for typing a specific word into a comment section or status. Fake businesses, fake sales, more Bots than actual people using the servers and so on. If you're looking to get in contact with family members, don't use this website to do it. It's Trash. Zero customer service, zero professionalism, zero care about how they take your data, sell it and act innocent. Do what I did and delete your account, use WhatsApp, Twatter[Twitter] or some other media, just not this laggy, scam filled nonsense.

Give them five stars for being absolutely useless. My Facebook business page was hacked and £800 was took out over a 4 hour window I cancelled my bank. I tried to contact Facebook a number of times with no response. Tried to reset passwords with no avail. My Facebook account is blocked because of Instagram account that is linked to my Facebook account which does not belong to me.So every time I try to login to Facebook it directed me to log into Instagram to solve to problem but the Instagram account belongs to the person that hacked my Facebook. I have emailed Facebook a number of times but no response. Can't set up a new account because it has all my old details A big thanks to Facebook for there customer support. Don't know how there a global company. I wouldn't advise any on to advertise their business on Facebook because when it goes wrong it absolutely goes wrong. It nearly finished my business. Sill can't get my head around it. Not one response and no straight forward way to contact them only useless advice. Going on six months now and no further on. I've give up. My Facebook account doesn't even exist now

Logging in to Facebook is like opening your spam email folder looking for messages from your friends. It's completely filled with junk and scams, and Meta keeps it that way because it makes them money. It used to be that every three things you get when you scroll were ads, now they're back to back and you can go through five to ten ads before you find a friend's post. Facebook also doesn't quality assure any of their ads, many of which feature uncensored pornography or link to outright scams. Scammers also run rampant and Facebook does nothing when they're reported, despite clearly operating a scam. Everything from racist conspiracy theorists to people pretending to be your dead relatives, and Facebook thinks that's OK. Oh, they also allow child and animal abuse videos to go completely unchecked, even when reported.

Afer 10 years on FB, I was hacked around Feburary 25, 2024. It took a while to correct, though even turning off "People you may know" I still have that parade of strangers. Yesterday March 23, 224. In the morning I was fine, then by afternoon some one hijacked my account. All the change password and codes go to the hacker. In their so called "help pages" writing a comment I told them the email of the hacker.There is "Add to account" feature but not to block another email account. I tried and was denied. LIVE U.S. BASED, FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDED IN THIS AREA!

Whoever is behind the end of the reporting you need to get yourself fired from there and new people hired that will clean that network up it's trashy and dirty too sex offenders and child molesters have been in there to and in the terms of use there not suppose to be on there you sure will stop the freedom of speech but won't do a thing about that you need to get screamed at see how you like that I been putting up with the emotional abuse on there for 14 years that's enough I will file a class action lawsuit and sue you I am disabled to and also work too the attacks of harassment is enough I am tired of it.

You can clearly see it is not rescue. A snake wrapped around a dog. A dog impaled, a dead cat surrounded by its kittens, a kitten dyed pink tied by a railroad track. A dog starved almost to death, a dog put in a kennel in a river. This isn't animal abuse. Good job Facebook for allowing animal abusers to scam people for money. On January 7, 2023, I was hacked (yep their double security failed me), and fortunately, I had disconnected my PayPal from my account; otherwise, I would have suffered significant financial damage. The pages running through the new Facebook page experience were deleted from my business assets by the hacker, so all the pages I had worked on for years are now ghost ships. I tried all possible avenues to regain control of my pages, but Facebook simply refuses to help. So, this is how you provide support to someone who has advertised on your platform? Speaking of advertisements, Facebook is a breeding ground for hackers and other illegal activities. Two days ago, I encountered an ad on Facebook that looked completely legitimate. It turned out to be a spoof website that spreads its malware through Facebook ads, victimizing people (where the hacker gains access to your passwords and credit card details). And when you report this, you receive a notification from Facebook stating that they see no reason to ban this hacker. I also manage groups, which are targeted daily by spam and adult posts from bots. But the group admin (I) receives violation warnings from Facebook because I use Facebook's assistant tool. So, in reality, you already know the answer. Just look at all the reviews here on Trustpilot. Facebook, aka Meta, and Instagram, simply stay far away! Facebook should be shut down because they are unsafe and does not meet the law.-- update 3/13/2024I had to continue for my business so i signed up for a new account not long after i had been hacked. Today 3/13/2024 my Facebook account got suspended because of a linked Instagram account that has nothing to do with me! After 12 years of using Facebook it's been removed after I posted our wedding picture with my ex and he was kicking out. I don't know how much of truth it is but he called me laughing that he was right and I wasn't because he riched out to Facebook and someone apparently answered that: sorry we will remove this account immediately. He could be lying but still day by day I lost all pictures memories and contact to friends plus access to messenger without any warning. When I try to log in it says my account was connected to an Instagram account that doesn't exist that broke meta policy. I don't know above happened pretty much at same time. It's been over month, messaged Instagram, support FB, complains FB and reported that from new account.NO ANSWER. completely useless. I'm very disappointed. This should be illegal. I have stored on Facebook most of important pictures from holidays and sensitive data exchanged on messager I no longer have access to. Of course my ex is still all using his Facebook no matter apart reports sent on hate political posts lol. It's been rediciolus now and I honestly believe whoever is responsible for it should respond under a court. All I am begging them for now to give me 24h access to my messenger as people who had messages of me can still see it Inc all documents not me. My father is not very good with Facebook and did not add new Facebook account and I don't know surnames of my friends since they gone married so lost contact to most of the people.Just to add I live abroad for 15 years now and unfortunately Facebook was the only way I could contact my family and close people. I have got no phone numbers at this point even to my own father (they changed phone numbers million of times but not Facebook acc).

In essence I said if The leader of the free world could not train a German Shepherd( probably from a good lineage and top breeder ) to behave safely and obediently or hire people who could he is not fit to stand for re election and should have stood aside for younger blood . I was disgusted as a lifelong Democrat who was inspired by the far more competent and ethical Kennedy family . That my account was closed within seconds of my comment and they said the only way for a reconsideration of the for closure was to send them a close up shot of some government approved ID . That is a faceless, nameless message commanded me to do so . Yeah like I’m going to send them a hitman helpful photo . This is obviously a subtle tactic of intimidation on facebooks part to deter people from speaking out against the hypocrisy and incompetence of leaders in our own western world . Facebooks is a high stakes card game with hell on earth . They know that people hate their spam and intrusive use of cookies which operates in the background even if you go into another window . So they try and block devices with VPN switched . On . You Tube has auto dumped me back on face book at random ocasiones. So something suspicious going on there too . I used to find a use for Facebook when it was a place for free speech .

Never before have I tried to use any form of social media. But on Sunday, I tried to set up a page so that I could start a tutoring business. I was really hopeful that I would be able to create a nice little part time job for myself whilst I do my a-levels. But no… apparently, my account was not ‘authentic’ enough so my account got disabled!!!!! Even after the appeal, it was disabled! I used a picture of myself and all of my details but I still got disabled! Now, Facebook has stopped me from starting my own business and trying to help other people with their GCSEs - something which I would really like to do! So thank you Facebook, now I have to stay in my waitressing job for even longer now and my CV will look nowhere near as good due to not being able to become a tutor!If you want to build a business… don’t trust Facebook!
