GoogleAimee came out to value my property and we agreed on a market value. The photos and sales particulars were drawn up promptly. Viewings were booked almost immediately, and an offer had been made and agreed on very quickly. The communication between myself and the agents was really humbling - I knew where I stood throughout the sales process. I was purchasing a complex property and the Cartref team made sure my purchasers were happy and updated at all times. I can honestly say this sale was one of the smoothest property transactions I've experienced, and I really believe its down to the brilliant staff at Cartref. I want to say a huge thank you from my family.

GoogleCartref Estate Agents sold our property in November 2023, and provided an excellent service throughout. Aimee and her team kept us regularly updated with the progress of the sale, and helped answer all of our queries along the way. Highly recommended!

GoogleAbsolute shambles of a company wasting peoples time and completely unprofessional. Also some of the positive reviews on here are for a cat housing company and not the estate agent! Be careful of this company, they will treat you terribly. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAvoid!! Moved us in on condemned boiler, no repairs done as promised almost impossible to get in contact with. Worst most unprofessional agency I’ve had the displeasure of being involved with!
Also likes to waste police time to get you out of your home! Harassment! Also Makes lies up and are completely oblivious regarding disability 👍🏻

GoogleI used Cartref for the sale of my house. They did a great, efficient job and would highly recommend them. Excellent value for money, which often cant be said about estate agents but this really was. Would definitely use again in the future.
