Well where to begin, I have had a business relationship with silver oak for over 4 years, that ended today when they sold my rental property for me, all I can say is thankyou so much for the support and professionalism over the last 4 years, for selling and completing the sale in record time (6 weeks) and being an all doing fantastic company. I highly recommend and won’t consider using another agent in llanelli or surrounding area in the future. Thank you sincerely Craig

I am not a social media person and tend to read reviews with caution. This is my first time sending a review. I am doing this because I can truthful say that at this present time &I totally confidentially agree with what has been previously stated. Silver Oak Property are not like the big companies you are only interested in targets & results. Greg looks after all of his clients. Whether, Vendor, buyer llandord or tenant. As a llandord Greg had block viewing on my property within days. A credit checked tenant within a week. The move in was delayed because of me. Which Greg took in his stride. My property was tenanted & occupied within 5 weeks. Thank you. Silver Oak Property. May you go from strength to strength. Jo

Booked a viewing. Turned up and the outside was scruffy and not clean. The agent did not turn up. When I called there was no apology. I proved I made the booking but was just told lots of people are interested. When I contacted again, no apology was given. Unprofessional and rude.NegativeProfessionalism
