GoogleFollowing an excellent experience with Lesley Greaves selling a house 3: years ago, I chose to use them again when selling a flat.
What a decision this was. The sale twice fell apart days from completion, Lesley Greaves were excellent with supporting through this and proactive in finding yet another buyer.
Finally a year later the sale has completed. Overall they've worked extremely hard for a commission on a low priced flat. Jade in particular has been excellent.
I will use them again in the future that's for sure.
Given the bad publicity you read about estate agents these folk stand out as exemplary.

Tried using Linktree for a while and honestly got frustrated. A lot of useful features are locked behind paid plans, and the customization still feels limited unless you upgrade. The pages also end up looking very similar to everyone else’s.

Awful service bunch of scammers they get you to sign up then once you have sign up and created your account profile it demands that you will be charged £11.99 which it doesn’t say when signing up I deleted my account over three months ago never used it but they some how tried to take £11.99 out of my bank account four times even though I did give them my bank information now I. Getting unwanted emails off them now taking legal action against them

GoogleWe have just sold my mothers home with Lesley Greaves and it good to know not all estate agents are the same. They helped all the way from getting a good number of viewings, to solicitors, to keeping us informed of process and helping with all the little things as we live out of the area so it was difficult to get there. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Thank you for an excellent service and at a reasonable price!

Never got much use out of the app. Created our own multi-link page anyway. Cancelled the pre-paid full year subscription 24 hours (1 day) after their 72 hour cut off rule. We had 361 days remaining in our subscription and they won't issue a refund. In addition, we never received any notification that the renewal was being processed. Update -Full refund issued.
