Superb ! PFK Carlisle have gone above and beyond in dealing with my residential property sale. First off they got the asking price right and appreciated what the property had to offer. Other agencies I contacted were off the mark. They conducted viewings for me which is what I was looking for and dealt with the vagaries of potential buyers in a thoroughly proffesional manner. They also kept me informed of proceedings of the sale and what was happening in the chain as well as communicating with my conveyancer. Ashley was my main contact and conducted many viewings and he was superb to deal with, both proffesional and friendly. Tessa was the first contact who came to first view the property and set the ball rolling with the correct advice on market conditions, seeing the potential of my property and producing a stunning brochure. Jenni was also superb, conducting viewings and a friendly, proffesional and excellent point of contact. I cannot recommend the team at PFK Carlisle highly enough.

Very professional while still keeping the personal touch. I had a couple of viewings on a property in Carlisle with Ashley showing me around. Right from the start he was willing to help in any way he could, following up on any questions I had and doing the very best to go the extra mile to try and secure and negotiate the purchase of the property. I have had a valuation of a property with Tessa before and she was very knowledgable about different types of properties and researched the area thoroughly. Again, very kind, helpful and professional. Communication is excellent, replies to emails and calls. When calling the branch, Jenni was friendly and always happy to assist with any questions. Ashley got back to me as soon as he had any news. If buying or selling property in the future, the first port of call would be PFK at Carlisle.

I was recently in the process of buying a property listed with PFK. From the first viewing Ash was outstanding, he answered every question to the best of his knowledge and came back quickly with the answers to those he didn’t know. Unfortunately the sale fell through as the vendors changed their mind. This situation was handled very well by Ash and Tessa. They worked tirelessly to keep me updated. Since this happened they have both gone out of their way to try and find me another property to purchase and have even sent letters to prospecti sellers on my behalf. I couldn’t have asked for better service from Ash or Tessa and I would recommend them to family and friends on this basis.

PFK were excellent in every way with our recent house sale. From valuation to sale they acted totally professionally and made every effort to keep us informed as to progress. Tessa produced the most professional valuation pack of any and was very accurate in her estimate of sale price. Jenni was enthusiastic about the house and took the time to learn about its' features etc which I am sure helped with the sale. They were worth every penny of their comission as I believe we actually achieved a higher price than we would have done with another agent so our net income was greater.

PFK Carlisle were the estate agents we used to sell our home. Tessa came to visit and discuss our needs. She spent a couple of hours looking at our property and giving valued advice. She returned to take photographs and then put together an amazing sales brochure. She was professional, courteous and extremely pleasant. The sale of our home only took two days from appearing on the market. We dealt mainly with Jenni Wharam during the sale and we always found her to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful and pleasant. Nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble. Jenni kept in touch with us at very regular intervals throughout the sales process. On the odd occasion I was unable to speak to Jenni, Ash and Emma in the office were also very helpful. We can highly recommend the services of PFK and the whole Carlisle office team.

My wife and I purchased a house through PFK Carlisle, we were most impressed with the professionalism and sincere dedication to all aspects of the purchase even checking in on other agents in the chain to see where things stood, so a big thanks to everyone at PFK especially Jenni who without a doubt went over and above what we would have normally expected from an estate agent 😊PositiveProfessionalism

Ash, Tessa and the team at PFK have been absolutely brilliant. We had to sell my uncle’s house who passed away suddenly and they were sensitive and supportive of us the whole way through the selling process. We don’t live close by and they made everything so easy. Thanks so much for everything! Rob and Lou

PFK were exceptional throughout our house buying process. I could not fault them for one thing. Jenni was always quick to respond, very professional and really couldn’t have done anymore! With so much stress going on when buying a house it really was a relief to know the estate agents were never the ones who would be holding anything up. Thank you once again!

I recently called about a property to rent which was being advertised and spoke to the lettings agent, Ash. He was by far the nicest and most professional agent Id spoken to during my new home hunt. He answered my questions and knew about the location as well as the house which was helpful. I felt he was also empathetic and sought to understand what I was looking for rather than try and just sell the property. Highly recommend!
