GoogleTried to put an application in for a rental property via email as advised, followed this email up twice with phone calls to ensure my application was received only to phone this morning to discover that Joe had not even looked at my email and therefore we lost the property. Thanks a lot.

GoogleGreat to deal with. I only use BPK to find me my tenants and it’s always within a few days. They are always great to advise on the type of tenant and who to go for to keep the property in tip top condition. Very happy with the service every time.

GoogleNot the best at communicating and quite pushy. They didn’t really listen very well to our needs and they made a few mistakes with our property selling price which caused some stress and it took longer to complete. Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid to say.
