Piers an Gillian at BPK estate agents are a fantastic team . Piers is such a lovely friendly person, who instantly makes you feel at ease when we viewed the property of panache hairdressers , heads lane, Carlisle . Gillian guided us through the buying process and was so professional & very helpful , also felt very comfortable asking Gillian any questions I needed to know . Both Piers & Gillian are a credit to BPK . Thank you so much . We also used Duncan at BPK solicitors who was fantastic .

5 star service for a 5 star Team. A huge thank you to Piers who went above and beyond for us when letting our house. He was quick to come to review the house after the old tenants moved out. Took the new photos and got it on the market within a couple of days. Between the old tenants moving out to the new moving in was 12 days. Nothing was trouble for Piers and available on the phone whenever we needed to run anything by him. Solicitor on site is a no brainer in case of any legal issues that may arise during the tenancy. I have just completed on a purchase today, which was sold through BPK Estate Agents, and I couldn't sing their praises enough! I mainly dealt with Eddy face-to-face and he was always punctual and professional at all of the viewings I requested and I always felt supported but was also given the space to explore on my own. I also had positive telephone interactions with Julie, who answered my queries in a professional and speedy manor. I found the speed of my calls being answered and the quality of the responses I received to be of a great standard and well worth the 5 stars I have given - thanks again for all of your help guys 😎

Absolutely appalling service! Would not recommend. Enquired about a rented property, was shown around Friday, later on to be told the house viewing was Tuesday..?? Lack of knowledge form estate agent at the time in regards to potential property, when expressing an interest in the property, estate was unsure? only to be told to apply for a application online (turns out other candidates were given application pack- had express this in my showing, estate agent stated needed to be online) and would inform a member of the team of my interest, unable to locate application form online, email sent over the weekend in regard to applicant form ! No reply the following 2 working days. Partner rang to be told the house had already gone. No communication. Very very poor.

Especially wish to thank Karl for his unwavering encouragement that we would find our new home when we were beginning to think not. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. There was no pressure from Karl when we made it clear from the start that we would not complete until we found a suitable home even if it meant losing our sale. Don't recommend last time I was with them they never sorted out the issues I hade in the property for one year and 6 months. Kitchen hobs and oven not working there was a hole in the kitchen ceiling that was dripping water on to the oven aswell bathroom flooded multiple times and only got assistant 2 times in the two years when they viewed it to renew the contract. When I first moved in I already noticed that the ceiling of the kitchen had a stain on. I didn't think much of it and eventually noticed water was dripping down. After a while it got worser and nothing g was done about it the land lord and agency brushed it off for the next month and the next one and so on....

Never normally one to write a review however on this occasion I felt I must given the level of service we received especially from Eddy Cain. We didn't make his job easy with a few twists and turns but he was cool, calm and professional and most important communicative all the way through and without his skills we wouldn't have got the deal over the line. If only all agents adopted the same level of service then it would make the whole process of buying and selling a lot less stressful for people. Thanks again Eddy and to the rest of the BPK team.
