GoogleIt is the first time of selling a property. I did not realise how much work was involved, however, through the help of our local branch in Cardigan, the staff and especially Mr Richard Emanuel the process was made I'm sure much easier. I thank them so much. Brilliant!

GoogleLack of knowledge and enthusiasm of the property. Not shown around, just left to wander around and didn't know info concerning council tax band and just told to look on web. Fees are overpriced and not competitive when compared to smaller firms.
