FacebookI recently had to pull out a house purchase where Olivia louise were the estate agents. This is devastating for me and imaginably the people I was buying from. Perfect dream house lost a because my buyer continued to shop around after making an offer on my house and then cancelled when found somewhere 'more suitable'. I'll get to the point 🙂 Olivia louise have been great to deal with even showing empathy for my situation and discussing with the seller if there was any way around the situation. This kind of service is so appreciated since uncaring Estate agents would drop you like a hot potato and I hope (hope) I can deal with them in the not too distant future when I find a serious buyer

GoogleOlivia Louise Ltd Estate Agents in Canton‼️ Not only have they entered my flat without my say so when I have been at my mums during lockdown and being in hospital....they have also removed my personal belongings and property such as my sofa, money, clothes, shoes, perfumes, televisions, photographs, important documents and most PRICELESS OF ALL‼️ my deceased brothers items 💔💔 They have blamed it solely on the landlord but they fail to realize that they are the landlord acting upon the owner of the property so they are held accountable. They claim to be registered with the PRS on their website which is a lie as I have spoken to them and the TPO, they are not registered with any regress scheme! The landlord has also been reported to Rent Smart Wales as they have illegally broken into the property and stolen my whole life! And they are still yet to explain where my property is❗️ To top this off they changed the locks too‼️ I was due to vacate on April 30th but due to the COVID 19 pandemic they extended it in writing until today June 30th 2020❗️ So they have gone and done all of this whilst I was still legally a tenant‼️😞 They have also lied to the DPS that I owe them £3,000 rent arrears which is incorrect and they are now trying to withhold my deposit for the flat also💔 South Wales Police have stated I shouldn’t even be leaving the flat right now regardless as the law states during the COVID 19 pandemic landlords and agents CANNOT make any tenant homeless‼️ I am battling a stage 4 disease and this is the last thing I needed right now💔💔💔💔 Olivia Louise Ltd you have broken multiple laws and regulations ❌ YOU WILL SEE ME IN COURT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Ceri has gone above and beyond to ensure my viewings were fitted in (even if they have been very last minute), the knowledge of the properties viewed has as been outstanding and the professional and efficient manor in which my offer was dealt with has been second to none. FacebookBrilliant service by Olivia Louise - this is the 3rd property I have sold with them. Very proactive in marketing the property and all my sales have completed within 2 months each time. Regular updates given and went above and beyond each time, even contacting the buyers' solicitors to identify any problems and ensuring the house sale was progressing smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough!
