GoogleAmazing service from members of MGY! I have never had such a service in my life. We had some issue with the lock on the door, gave them a call - same day sorted out, very easy and quick. They are very helpful and communicative, excellent customer service and care! 100% recommend!

GoogleHorrible company. "You need us more than we need you" about sums it up. Beware: When letting, they will repeatedly walk into your house unannounced and then try to justify it, with no apology. So be careful when you shower, you may walk out to a surprise.
Dear Mr Collins, With response to your Google review we are somewhat disappointed and confused with your comments as your tenancy expired over a year ago. During your tenancy you were in direct contact with our Director Michelle Bishop who dealt with your requests for inspections accordingly and at the time you were agreeable to the procedure that was put in place and at no point did we ever enter the apartment whilst you were in the shower! We therefore feel your 1 star rating is totally unjustified and so far apart from the number of 5 star reviews received by MGY.

GoogleOur process hasn’t been easy, nothing to do with MGY, who have been faultless. The team deserve huge applause for their professionalism and care. Oliver in particular has been excellent but frankly the whole team are superb. Every phonecall answered. One observation would be to really concentrate on offering your services in Welsh. GoogleMy partner and I rented our first property with MGY in July. MGY are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Any questions were answered immediately (mainly by Karen or Kelly). When we first moved in we had one thing which needed fixing and they were very quick to send someone in to help. Would recommend MGY to anyone. (Source : allAgents)

GoogleWe bought and sold in Pontcanna through MGY. The service was professional and efficient. We are especially grateful to Oliver for his support and perseverance in getting the deal over the line , and always in a cheerful manner ! Moving house always has its stresses but Oliver helped lessen them . Many thanks.
