The team at at harry Harper have exceptional customer service skills, phoned up yesterday to book a valuation and Jordan in the Albany office was very helpful. He told me everything I needed to know about the appointment, and their services and I look forward to meeting Ben when he visits my property.

I was recommended Harry Harper by a friend, who was really pleased with the first class service they received when selling their property. Therefore, I contacted them to help me do the same and I was very pleased I did. The customer service was excellent, the staff there are very knowledgable and friendly and provide really professional advice. I was kept update on all the progress of the marketing and viewings and they managed to sell my property very quickly due to their accurate descriptions and professional photos of my property. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so as they provide a great service.

I have found Harry Harper to be brilliant all the way through a difficult sale, and have dealt with all members of staff at some point. They were always accessible, friendly and gave a personal service. I found them open and honest and always willing to help. I'd recommend them and will certainly use them again to sell.
