Blown away by the fact that I was able to view on a Sunday! I viewed the property with Benjamin who at the time of the viewing offered me her personal mobile number if I had any further questions which was a great touch. After offering on the property I was kept up to speed with how my offer was progressing throughout the negotiation process (there was another party also offering). Have just viewed the property a second time and we are really pleased with the property and the service we have received as buyers! Highly recommended!

I contracted Harry Harper Estate Agents when looking for a property to purchase. They were very informative, took lots of details from me in relation to what I was looking for and my position. I have viewed a few properties with them, both Lynn and Ben were very informative when showing me around (which is a pleasant surprise from other agents who say "I don't deal with this area", or "Iv never showed anyone this house before"). I have just had my offer accepted and cant wait to get the keys! Very helpful, very knowledgable and would happily recommend them!

I was recommended Harry Harper by a friend, who was really pleased with the first class service they received when selling their property. Therefore, I contacted them to help me do the same and I was very pleased I did. The customer service was excellent, the staff there are very knowledgable and friendly and provide really professional advice. I was kept update on all the progress of the marketing and viewings and they managed to sell my property very quickly due to their accurate descriptions and professional photos of my property. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so as they provide a great service.

Not even worth one star - never encountered a company like it -
Lied to us through out the buying selling process ( unfortunately we were both buying and selling with them )
The managing director is abnoxious and has no customer service what so ever - cannot deal with a complaint at all and just relays the issues and then says they are excellent ! Exemplary customer service ( his discription not mine )
Lied to everyone through out the chain including estate agents - even lied during a response to our complaint - one team member ( a male ) when challenged about the lies he had been telling burst out crying and hung up on me on the telephone - I complained - but even that was twisted into a lie that it was I who was abusive that made him cry ?
Totally unprofessional and really not nice at all - no idea about customer service. , ignorant , but cheap ( and not cheerful )

We recently graduated from university (we so have lived in a lot of different properties all over Cardiff and had a lot of experience with letting agencies) and Harry Harper are by far the worst letting agency ever. They are not very flexible and require you to do lots of things that are not required by law. E.g. you have to take a 6 month tenancy agreement (you can't take one for any longer) and then if you wish to extend you have to pay an agency fee to do so. The property we stayed at was in Duffryn, Newport (so it was always a trek to get to the Cardiff office) and a member of the agency team was our next door neighbour! This was strange because everytime we needed something (fixing or sorting) we were told to knock on her door and she would come around and knock on our door. It totally blurred professional/social relationship. In the entire 6 months we were there none of the maintenance issues were sorted and we are still waiting for our deposit back.

Lovely dealing with Peter W. on our viewings today. It was nice to have a call first thing in the morning to reconfirm the time and address of the place.
As we were viewing the first property, Peter spontaneously offered to take us to another house nearby which was a really nice touch - especially considering how busy agents are on weekends!
