GoogleWe've had a very good experience with this letting agency, the team are always very polite and easy to deal with. Whenever we have had any issues they have resolved them very quickly. Sean keeps us updated and answers any questions via whatsapp which makes things easy and suits us well. We would recommend this letting agency over any others in Cardiff!

GoogleGood and friendly service from Sean, who was very helpful to us as first time renters. When issues, such as a leak that sprung, a broken fridge and faulty lights were raised they were dealt with quickly. House could have been in somewhat a better state, with some rooms not being thoroughly cleaned and some faulty appiances, but overall good for the price of the rent. However a key was misplaced before our tenancy started, and still has not been found. Overall adequate student accommodation and a good service
