We have been working with Dylan to secure a flat and he has made the whole process a dream! We had gone through so much stress since beginning our search for a rental in Cardiff and Dylan completely turned this around for us. He has been incredibly professional and friendly, always reassuring us and answering any queries we may have. Could not recommend this agency and Dylan enough!

From the first time I walked into the Albany Road office in Cardiff until the completion of the sale, the service and friendliness of all staff has been exemplary. Every time there was a viewing I was informed and any feed-back given straight away. When it came to offers I was advised on my choices and positive help given. There was never a time when I felt awkward about getting in touch. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Allen and Harris to anyone selling a house.

Just sold a rental property via Allen and Harris, Roath, Connor did a fantastic job of keeping buyers on board, when things got a bit dodgy, and hence driving sale through to a satisfactory conclusion. He was always easy to contact when I needed too, and returned calls promptly. Certianly no complaints at all, and this was second property sold by A & H in the last couple of years.

Thank you to Sherri-Leigh for all of your help and guidance throughout the whole process of buying our new house. Everything from start to finish was explained and put into simple terms without the stress and headache you would normally expect from applying for a mortgage. Communication was excellent and we were always informed of developments and at what stage we were at during the process. Would highly recommend Sherri's services, nothing but welcoming, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars!

Liam Tresilian sorted a mortgage for me and my parter, and the amount of effort he put in was outstanding. Would work late to make sure he answered any questions we had and made sure any drop in interest rates was amended on our Offer immediately without even asking. We both would highly recommend this firm and mostly Liam himself. Thanks again.

I've used Liam as a mortgage broker a few times now and each time I'm come out feeling like a winner. He's a happy chap who always seems to make the paperwork that bit easier to get through. Always putting in the time when I need it and makes the process pretty much stress free. I will be using Liam again for my mortgage/remortgage products. Cheers Liam!

We would recommend Allen and Harris to anyone. James, Liam and Emma made the listing process, the sale itself and our mortgage application stress free. They did a great job of keeping us updated at all stages of the process as well as keeping everything moving along until completion itself. We'll definitely be using them again in the future for our next house sale! Thank you!

I contacted Allen and Harris for a Mortgage Advisor after being recommended by my sister and got put through to David Huckle. Since then David has been nothing but helpful, answering any queries I have easily by the end of the day, and chasing up both the lender and seller on my behalf to speed up the process. If it wasn't for him I would've been stressed out about the whole process. 100% would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a mortgage advisor!
