GoogleI went to view a property on Monday with Dylan showing me the property. He was very kind and helpful- I've desperately been looking to move back to Cardiff with my dog and Dylan had assured me it wouldn't be a problem and to my joy I got accepted that day for the property. I've dealt with a few estate agents and I'd have Allen and Harris have been the best and easiest. Highly recommend

GoogleI began flat-hunting in Cardiff in January and was incredibly lucky to find a place I loved with Allen & Harris on the first day of showings. My agent Dylan not only agreed to give me a viewing in the late afternoon on a Saturday, but also offered to show a second property that he thought would fit my specifications and even drove my mother and me there himself - of course, this last-minute property wound up being the perfect one! Dylan really went above and beyond in his duty, keeping me in the loop with the processes of application and referencing (both of which went quickly and easily) and being patient with all our questions and uncertainties. I am very grateful for my experience with Allen & Harris and excited to move in soon!

GoogleThank you to ALL the team at Allen & Harris Roath for helping us sell our home. The service we had from the very first phone call with Nicola was second to none!!
James, Liam, Emma, Vicki and Mel were all equally as helpful, friendly and professional and were always on hand when we had any questions.
Not planning on selling for a while (as we've found our dream home) but, if ever we were, I'd definitely come back to Allen & Harris. Thank you!!

GoogleVery good service. Purchased an investment property in Cardiff recently. Friendly team, I dealt mostly with Yupi who in fairness went out of his way to help me with tricky vendors and always kept me in the loop so too marks to him. He was also very knowledgeable and gave very sound advice.
On occasions when I popped in and he wasn't there, his colleagues were always very helpful.
I used to think estate agents were like grave robbers before dealing with these guys so looking forward to doing business again. Thanks :)
