GoogleI am surprised this agency is getting a 3star. The worst individuals on the planet work in this office. Infact I believe they are a racist bunch. time wasters and they keep writing to me (I am sure they don't know who they are writing to) to rent my properties and I tell them its all professionally handled by a more competent agent. Made an offer on a property and they are asking me if I am aware of the HMO rules, what a cheek. What has HMO got to do with me buying a property. your job is simple to sell and not to ask stupid questions

GoogleI've used many estate agents in my time. Allen and Harris in Cardiff/Roath are possibly the worst agent I have ever used. For both sales and lettings. As a landlord, they have lied to me on several occasions, they never follow-up on your requests and are poor communicators. We've had such a bad experience with them on both the sales and lettings side, I implore all prospective customers to choose another agency, it is simply not worth the money going with Allen & Harris.

GoogleWe've had a great experience purchasing our first house (new build) through the Allen & Harris Roath branch. Big thanks to our mortgage adviser Sherri who has been really professional, friendly, and helpful throughout, making the process very easy for us. Claire as well has been a great help in providing guidance and answering our many questions about the property and development. All round it has been a very positive experience and we couldn't have asked for more!

GoogleVery reliable and hard working and communicative. Allen and Harris Roath branch in Albany Road dealt with viewings and referencing and 2 tenancy agreements in a short space of time. They worked with me to find the right tenants for my existing tenant. I now have 3 happy housemates sharing a house together. Will be my go to agent in the future. Excellent service. Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI recently purchased my first home with the help of Allen and Harris’ mortgage advisor Sherri-Leigh. Being a first time buyer I had no idea just how much work buying my first property would be or where to start, but with the help of Sherri it was completely stress free. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more helpful to guide me through the process, and I’m sure nobody else would have got the job done quicker.

GoogleExcellent! Above and beyond mortgage service from Liam. Very knowledgeable on the products available and eligibility criteria. We weren't sure about using a broker for our mortgage but so glad that we did. Talked us through everything. Really highly recommended.

GoogleJoshua from the Roath branch went above and beyond in helping me to find a place to rent in Cardiff. I'm living 4 hours away and he was so helpful he showed me the flat via video call so I felt more at ease rather than just having pictures to judge the property on, and followed up after I decided to take it. He has made my life much easier. Can't recommend him enough.

GoogleWow!! Amazing service from Yupi at Allen and Harris Albany branch, he was informative and professional, he helped me out with a broker too, constantly kept me informed and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions I have started recommending them to all my family and friends.

GoogleThese are by far the worst agents on Albany road. They are rude and the manager encourages their rudeness and only interested in the money they can make of you. Would give 0 stars if I could- avoid!

GoogleI was in contact with Maya for my deposit release once I left the property I was renting. Great and efficient responses and I felt she was taking care of that for me very thoroughly and efficiently. Did not need to follow up myself.

GoogleGreat personalised service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and all went very smoothly . All documentation was explained and I was given plenty of time to ask questions. My house achieved full asking price within a week of going on the market, and I was kept fully informed at each stage. Would recommend Allen and Harris to anyone thinking of selling.
